Lift not operational, used stairs. Relatively clean. Fits the price. Aircond and toilet functional. Very thin walls, can hear TV next door.

Comfort enough to stay 1 night. Struggle while finding the loc of the hotel since in waze still their previous name

Good services by the staff. Friendly and well attentive. The room also quite satisfied, although the cheap price. I only disappoint with the tv, because cannot switch on on that day. Hope they can more alert.

The stay is worth the money. Nice and clean room. Decent lobby. Very good receptionist and attentive supervisor. Lack of parking. Also slipper not provided. Overall good.

Just for the toileteries not have included but its okay :👍🏻staff friendly, helpfull and one indian guy working was soo kind ! ✨

been repeating this hotel every time i had some errands to do at shah alam. room is comfortable, even the staff was very helpful. no deposit needed every time i checked in at this hotel so itms convenience. would definitely come again and again

Kindly Improved the environmental beside the hotel look like too dirty with rubbish and parking are is very conjested ,hope your management can provide the suitable parking area to facilitate the guest. and thank your to give me using your lobby for Ramadan Iftar..very nice lobby as per photo shared

The hotel is Quiet place. you can reached Central I city shopping mall , sky layer and water park by 6to 10 mins grab taxi. (From the hotel easy to get grab taxi) 4 to 5 min to food court and supper marketplace. You can asked the staff, a person who are sitting on the checking counter.

Short stay. The room was okay. Hotel surrounding area is a bit dirty. Located in light industrial areas and workshop

Great, neat and comfortable

We went to check in at 3pm but the room wasn't ready until 4pm. Idk if they're short staff or what, only one receptionist and one housekeeping at that time, the receptionist had to help the housekeeper to clean and ready the room. Receptionist good at handling crisis even we are still mad. Otherwise all is good. Room is very clean and no noisy sound. Elevator is available.

Excellent room for cheap price, very friendly & helpful receptionist. No deposit required, a lot of parking available.
