Great location and service but the toilet not clean and there was a bad smell

Amazing place, so relaxing. If you are looking for a private beach and some calm it’s the best place to relax. Its hidden and very lowkey.

If you looking for calm, low key, out of the touristic areas and for decent price, that hotel is for you! We felt really welcomed all our stay, the couple that manage this small family resort is really doing all they can to makes you feel at home! They are so friendly! One night the lady even brought us to eat with her outside, as the kitchen was already closed. Amazing pool, we had fun! Quiet to work in the morning. Food was good. Beach is quiet, better to swim in the morning in high tide. Free kayaks can be borrowed. Nice for sunset views! Room were large, a little outdated bathroom but worked fine.

An overall good stay, but not so comfortable in the small things. The beach is nice, as is the garden, the turtles and the dogs :) The room is a bit dark in the evening, everything feels a bit worn, and the sink in the bathroom was clogged.

Great stay in a more rural, laid back part of Koh Samui. We personally don't like the touristy strips that are evident in parts of the island, you know, lined with shops doing massage, tattoo, bar, generic Thai/western restaurant repeat. Hired a scooter and did some lovely exploring. Good swim/SUP spot too ( I enjoy long distance swims), awesome spots for sundowners and some nice local restaurants in the area. Our room was spacious, clean and had all the facilities I needed (kettle, A/C, safe, nice shower). I can't comment on the food as we didn't eat at the hotel but it seemed busy enough and it is a lovely location, right on the beach

The sea view is very beautiful, morning and evening. Quiet, not crowded, suitable for relaxation.

Clean, cozy, has everything you need

The service was wonderful, they treated us great. They let us into the room an hour before check in. They rent motorcycles and take you to the port. We were also very comfortable. A very good hotel and very quiet.

Beautiful room with garden view and nice swimming pool. Close to the sea. Friendly, attentive and kind staff who know how to help. Good meal too. I recommend. A little far from the nearest seven eleven (15 min walk). Beware of dogs in the surroundings.

Great hotel by the sea. Clean and well-groomed area, comfortable swimming pool. Adorable doggies. At night there was a smell of paint, and they didn’t understand where it came from. Not very comfortable pillows. Overall I recommend it.

The staff are very good. The rooms are cute, the view is good, the food is delicious. The accommodation is suitable for people who want to be alone and quiet. Far from people and things, very quiet. 50 minutes far from the airport. The mattress is a bit itchy. There are mosquitoes in the room. Overall, it's actually considered satisfied. There are many dogs to play with.
