Great location for dining, shopping, travelling between airports and tourist attractions. Hotel is close to MTR exit,  easily accessible via buses and MTR.  Hotel room is spacious and clean. Hotel staffs are friendly, helpful and responsive. Definitely will choose to stay here again.

On our first 4 days stay on hk we stayed at this hotel and we were not disappointed at all. From the staff to the room and breakfast variety and taste, we were satisfied and happy. Also, the location was great. We walked most of the time as it was just nearby some of the places we wanted to explore.There’s a 7 eleven just across and that was also a plus in choosing this hotel. One of the staff was very supportive when we were checking out and helped us with bookjng a taxi for our transfer to another hotel. I recommend this hotel and I would love to stay here again on our next HK trip God willing.

Hotel was clean, staff are very friendly & helpful in giving directions. Many eateries downstairs, food all not bad. Within walking distance to Train Station. Good stay!

First time staying at Park Hotel located at Tsim Tsa Tsui East & closest MTR exit turns out to be P2 or P3. Got assigned the top floor and despite that, the construction noise below hotel is still disturbing to getting my rest. Limited amenities in room with toothbrush in bathroom, guess if require any would need call housekeeping. The drinking cups were dusty and I dared not use. The most frustrating I encountered was my room card key kept unusable either in lift access or room access. I had my cards changed 3 times and none of the staff knows the reason or let me know if this is a common issue? Overall room is dated with poor sound proofing, bed cover is kinda rough feel. Another pain point is the aircon temperature is hard to adjust, either too cold or warm + the thermostat is located outside bathroom (not nearer to inside wall). My only praise is to service staff, especially the young guy working at concierge who handles luggage, he is helpful & recognised me when I need to collect my luggage before leaving for airport.

As the first stage of the Regulation on Disposable Plastic Products has commenced in Hong Kong on 22 Apr 2024, the Earth Day, local hotels now are not allowed to provide free disposable plastic-bottled water, toiletries packed in disposable plastic containers and toiletries made of plastics in guest rooms. In regard to your valuable feedback on cleanliness, the air-conditioning system control and the efficiency of room key card, we are sorry for the inconvenience that has caused you. We have addressed the issues with the concerned departments. All Room Attendants have been reminded to be more attentive in every detail of guest room to ensure our service standard is consistently maintained so as to provide a clean and comfortable environment for our guests. We appreciate your kind understanding that the efficiency of room key card may be affected if the card is being put together with electronic devices including smart phones. Hence, guests are advised to put the key cards in the key card holder for better protection. In an effort to provide a comfort stay for all guests, when a complaint of excessive noise or disturbance is received, we will immediately investigate and take follow up action. You are always encouraged to contact our staff members who are readily available to offer assistance. Easy to get here by taking Bus A21 from airport, right in the area where all the good food is. Check in and out in a breeze.

Good hotel with friendly staff, superb affordable breakfast buffet and 5mins' walk to MTR. There's also a must-try dimsum place called 陳师傅 opposite the hotel's side entrance. Their xiaolongbao and prawn dumplings are yummy!

Good location. Variety eateries and 7-11 store just opposite the hotel. Metro bus station located within walking distance about 5 mins and opposite the main road. MTR exits within walking distance 7-10 mins depends on different exits. Airport bus A21 pass by the hotel every 15 mins which was very convenient and cheaper fare to and from the airport terminal. Jenny Bakery also located near to the hotel. Ferry pier also near the area even another good transport choices. Avenue of Stars also around. Hotel room was spacious and comfortable.

Nice location but would prefer to get room that is not specially designed for elderly or handicapped as the toilet is different, eg sink is very small, no glass partition and have a chair for elderly or handicap to sit on for bathing which not allow to be removed from the hotel room. Services and cleanliness is good. Will pick this hotel again if possible if I go Hong Kong next time but will specify the room type I want. Thank you
