The room was excellent and fully equipped. It was very quiet, and the location was incredibly convenient, being very close to the city center and Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to meet all our needs. Even during check-out and luggage storage, their service remained outstanding. I had a specific request to store medication requiring 2-8 degrees Celsius, and they promptly found a solution for proper storage. The view from the window was superb.

Repeat stay at this Park Hotel. This hotel is located within walking distance to the TST MTR Station and also the East TST MTR Station. I can easily walk to the Victoria Harbour to see the night scene or cross over to the Hung Hom Coliseum to watch a concert. Staff are very friendly. No wonder my friend mentioned it is his favourite hotel...me too.

Booked 2 rooms for 3 people and the hotel was accommodating for our request for connecting room. Room was spacious and clean. Location was good as it’s a less than 10 minutes walk to the MTR, with a main door and side door. However, a suggestion is for the hotel to expand or improve on its lobby space as upon checkout, there are many luggage’s in the lobby and people waiting for the cars for the airport. There’s not enough seating area as well so the lobby can get congested.

Nice hotel surrounded with good restaurants. Easy to travel around but you just to walk a little bit to get in MRT. Overall is pleasant.

The location, service, and comfort are all great. The room was quite in modern style and we were upgraded from superior to premiere king room and that the room was so big comparing to others in HK.

Had 4D3N stay at Park Hotel and this hotel has one of the most spacious room in HK context! Location is super accessible to 7-11 and many food options, ATMs and prominently located in TST. Super value for money :) P.S. they have bathtub too!

The location was great but it’s between an ongoing construction site. We were given the chance to check in earlier. The room was great, but the coffee cups were not that clean, there were coffee stains. However, it was not that big of a deal. Will probably stay here again.

Park Hotel Hong Kong is a great place to stay! The location is super convenient, close to MTR, shops, and restaurants. Rooms are clean, spacious, and comfy. Staff are friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hong Kong.

Good location, friendly staff, spacious room (for HK). The room was very clean but had a funny smell due to humidity (I think). After having the AC on for many hours, it got better.

Excellent location, newly renovated, very clean and worth the money. Highly recommended. Near train station, restaurants, 7/11 and many more! Will stay here again when I am next in HK.

I stayed for 4 nights in this hotel, thanks for the management they informed me to meet all of my requirements in advance that I did occupy a quite and non-smoking room at high floor. The buffel breakfast provided variously western , indian and Asian foods, the atmosphere was very good.
