I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Tuwuh Malang. The hotel is exceptionally clean and everything is well-maintained. The staff are friendly, helpful, and provide warm service that makes you feel comfortable. The price is also quite reasonable considering the comfort and facilities offered. Its location is convenient, making it easy to reach various attractions in Malang.

I booked this hotel for my family. The location is good. It's near Kayutangan and other must-visit places in Malang. However, the staff needed to improve their service. As an example, they didn't inform the wifi password upon arrival. Due to limited parking space, the security officers informed us to leave our car key, but forgot to ask the other guests, so we should wait before we can go out from the parking lot. We think it's better and safer if the guests keep the car key in the receptionist desk and registered the car identity number.

The biggest shortcoming of this hotel is that the room is too old, and the noise from air conditioning and other equipment is obvious, but this hotel is more of a bonus and needs to be rated high. 9 points. The interior of the hotel, corridors, doors, interior furnishings, etc. are full of strong Javanese style. The seats, shadow puppet images, old photos, text, etc., you can tell from the moment you open it that it is a very local hotel, not a so-called "modern" hotel. , the bed in the two-person room is a bit narrow, and the furniture in the room is obviously from a lot of age. The room is about 20 square meters, not spacious, and the bathroom is also an old-fashioned bathtub furnishings instead of the current bathroom equipment that mainly uses showers; breakfast is another surprise, hot dishes , hot soup, Western-style bread, rice, fried rice, desserts (red bean, coconut milk and sago), fruits, coffee, tea, etc. are all available. This breakfast is also a bonus, and it also concludes the hotel's summary, "Superior value"!
