This is a great location to be in shenzhen close to the airport ! The hotel has amazing helpful staff! I love the comfortable bed and room!The breakfast buffet has lots of selections and is delicious... well worth it!!Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton garden inn.The location is truly outstanding. It great convenience to get to anywhere. The service attitude is simply superb, making me feel cared. What's more, the hotel close to variety of restaurants, I have to mention that there is a very beautiful view, 20 minutes to Airport and 10 minutes to subway station. Overall, it's an amazing hotel that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting.

Excellent customer service all around! Stayed here for one night, everyone was super friendly and helpful, from Kavin and front desk team, We had an issue with my phone. she  helped me resolved it. very pleased. the room is well clean and comfortable . No charge for extra bottles of water. The location is great, very convenient to airport . the front desk team was very accommodating.So, we would definitely stay here again next when we come to shenzhen

What impressed me most is the high quality service,it always makes me feel at home. especially Kavin who is so kind even helps me with things that go beyond his job description. the room was clean and comfortable, the hotel was close to the airport.I will recommend your hotel to my friends without hesitation. Convenient location in Shenzhen. 10 min walking to subway station and 20 min Exhibition Centre by car. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Food is very easy to get around the hotel. It's also waking distance to shopping malls. They have gym and laundry room for free. Check in and check out is super fast. Staffs are very helpful from front desk to concierge.

Good location, just 5 to 10 minutes walking distance from hotel to the metro station. Many choices at restaurants I almost got lost trying to choose what to have! Very helpful front desk staff who assisted to call a taxi, especially Mia who is friendly. Overall a great stay for a one night layover.

Great reception. Easy in and out . Great breakfast. Staff really helpful. Location close to shenzhen airport and Shenzhen word Convention and Exhibition Center.SPA and convenience store is just downstairs. Room very clean and spacious. Toilet and shower well organize. Some entertainment places close by.

Great stay. All the staff we meet were all friendly especially Janet from front desk they are accommodating and makes a very good service. she assist and always check on us if we need help. She serve guest with her heart. The room is spacious and bed is very comfortable. Enough food selection during breakfast.

Coming out to play and being able to stay in a satisfactory hotel is really a very happy thing. The first impression is cleanliness and beauty. Moreover, the room is extremely quiet and warm to live in. The service staff also have a very good attitude. The staff patiently answers any questions. In particular in the front desk  left a very deep impression on me. I will stay hereagain in the future.

This is one of the best hotel experiences possible. I'm not sure why there are any negative reviews but our stay was off the charts great for 1 night and we have done lots of traveling. Make sure to get the buffet breakfast included with your stay, it's an absolutely incredible value and so gourmet in every way with a plethora of choices. Room had the most amazing view I have ever seen. They also give you a complimentary fridge drinks!! Last but not least the location is perfect, it's right by the  shenzhen airport and shopping really close to hotel. You can easily shop around. I don't write many reviews but cannot recommend this hotel enough. Will be staying at this chain of hotels again.

The location of the hotel is perfect to shenzhen airport. hotel is close to subway Station.The room is overlooking the city. As someone who loves to eat ，10 mins from the hotel there are a lot of restaurants. When we were there the weather is quite chilly and still we love to walked around. I love that the lobby have some drinks for free and convenience store. That's brilliant and convenient.Overall, the service associates are really helpful, polite and kind.Thank you for your hospitality. See you soon again.
