"After checking in, the key didn't work and I had to wait in front of the room. I was given a replacement key while I was taking a shower. The staff came back to give me the replacement key. After replacing it, the electricity in the room went out, making my child cry. I was looking for a hotel with a refrigerator for my child's milk, but there wasn't one in the room. After reporting it, a refrigerator was sent, but it was broken and didn't cool at all. Very disappointing."

There's no hot water. The floor is filthy. The stairs are narrow, making it very difficult to lift luggage, especially if you have suitcases."
