The hotel service is very friendly. The view from the restaurant is also great. The room has a small balcony. The scenery is stunning. The environment of the hotel is very good. But the environment around the neighborhood is not particularly good. The service includes free pick-up and drop-off from the airport, which is very convenient and the service is very considerate.

The services were slow at the start great thanks to desire. He did did smoothen most of the stays while at the hotel. The recommendations to David and Simon was superb. Great chefs and very recomendable. The food and service were okay though more communication when it comes to certain maintenance that might delay would be better. I will definitely be back some day. I booked one of their 2 bedroom apartments for just under a week and had a very comfortable stay. The hotel was very clean and the staff were attentive and very professional. The beds were comfortable and the living area had everything we needed. The kitchenette had all the things you would expect to enable you to self cater should you choose to. The hotel is well located for getting to local places of interest and the hotel minibus was always available to take you where you needed to go for a reasonable fee. My arrival was very early and departure was very late but I was allowed to check in and check out according to my flight times unlike most hotels that have rigid check in and check out times. The shower did run hot and cold at times due to other people using water but this was a minor irritation. The breakfast was delicious and well presented. This is not the Sheraton, it is a budget hotel, but for the price I paid I was pleasantly surprised at the overall standard of this hotel. I would definitely stay again.

I stayed at the hotel bit of Grazia Apar**ents. I had a very nice room with a fridge, microwave, a terrace with a view, and a great bathroom. The staff could not have been more helpful, I use a cane, and the breakfast buffet was me pointing out what I wanted and the staff putting it on a plate for me. They helped me with the luggage, etc. There is also a pool with a cafe which makes for a great common area for meetings. Besides the good service, the place is also very clean. Taxi drivers know where it is. I stayed from 20/1/2023 to 24/1/2023.
