"It’s good. Nice view. Nothing fancy. But its pricing is appropriate. They are young as a hotel and advancing. Wifi is temperamental in rooms. Hit and miss. Surges. Depends which room I suppose. Pretty strong mostly in cafeteria and bar /lounge area. Shower temperature is controllable. Although shower head in my room was working but kinda weird in its releasing of water. Half running out the one side. I made due. Bed is just fine. There is a fan. But no kettles make coffee or tea in room I’m not used to that Maybe it’s common in Rwanda not to fund that. Service is solid. Breakfast is a good value imo. Careful of prices. Several errors. Not intentional imo. Some staff maybe are not good at math. Few errors and corrections I had to explain during my week. Owner / manager is wonderful imo very helpful . Even meant me money to pay my airport driver when my many ants would not release cash as I headed there at night Union pay card. Not as convenient. Alsi drive me in the morning to get cash at ATM downtown . USED a taxi type app due pricing. Fair. Driver service outside of himself byva contacts did not use this app and was private airport style pricing. Expensive. If it’s not him don’t use the other. Too much money. All in all proper value for cost imo."

"I agree with review from November 2025 praising both Bosco and Lillian. Bosco drove our family to and from the Akagera national park and he was first-rate in every respect. Patient, skilled, friendly and knowledgeable. And a good guy. And Lillian was flexible and helpful in several situations. Later in the trip we spent parts of two days in Kigali with William and we could not have been more delighted. William knows a lot about a lot of subjects and he is just about the nicest guy you will ever meet want to meet. So helpful and cooperative! And patient, including with a four year old and a six year old. He was engaged as a driver but really became a tour guide and a font of good advice, including both hotels and attractions. We enjoyed every minute we spent with William and Bosco. Highly recommend both."
