GGuest UserI had sent 2 emails to inform lodge i would check in at 2.30 am; no one was on reception when I arrived. Had to wait 20 minutes for guy to show. They’d put in very loud room beside very busy dual carriageway. In the end they upgraded me to quieter room but still heard construction noise banging from neighbouring compound throughout the night. I left a 10,000 franc tip for dinner one night; that was mistakenly put on check out bill for $10. It is beautiful but I have quite a few buts….

GGuest UserThe facilities were good with a fully functional kitchen. Staff are wonderful always read to assist. Of particular note is Tina and John. The location is great , and the golf course is not far off . Spar supermarket is about 10 minutes walk down the road. The interior design of the apartment hotel is up to date. Overall good

GGodwinlewRwanda is definitely beyond your expectations. The streets are clean and tidy. This hotel should be considered a great resort hotel in Rwanda. The environment is very elegant. The key is that the food inside is very cheap. The waiter is very good and highly recommended.
