"It was very clean and excellent. Because it was a last-minute booking, we reserved a family room for up to three people for just two, but the bathroom and other water facilities were on the lower floor, allowing us to lay out futons and ultimately have plenty of space. It's also within walking distance of Kyoto Station, so I felt it was quite a bargain for the price. I would like to book again."

"The location of the hotel is good. The room and bathroom are spacious. The ptovide ample of towels. But there sre few setbacks. The shower water pressure is good. The black out curtains are a bit short hence lights from outside can still come in from underneath the curtain. The pillows are not so comfortable but still acceptable. The air conditioner's maximum temperature is 19 Degree Celcious. The main setback is that during midnight the air conditioner suddenly feel not cold maybe some hotels have that because they tends to switch off one compressor system at midnight. But for those who prefer to use their blanket you may feel a bit sweating or hot suddenly at midnight."

"The shop owners are all Chinese, fluent in English, Japanese, and Chinese, and both men and women are very welcoming. From the hotel, walk straight to the left for one intersection, then turn right onto the main road; you'll see a FamilyMart convenience store. Walk straight to the right from the hotel onto the main road, then straight again, and you'll see a 7-Eleven. Actually, the 7-Eleven and FamilyMart are about the same size, but this 7-Eleven has a drawback: they don't have those mini sweet drinks! They don't have the kind of mini sweet drinks where fruit is juiced in a machine! The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the nearest subway station and has facilities like refrigerators. There's also a public laundry room on the first floor, but I don't know if I missed it, but it seems there's no ice machine. If you leave something behind, the hotel will send you an email reminder. While the facilities aren't as comprehensive as some Toyoko Resort hotels, it's still acceptable. Perhaps because it's a guesthouse, there's an additional 400 yen check-in tax for one night."

"Amazing spacious hotel room unlike the usual small little rooms in japan! Price is very reasonable and in a great neighbourhood! We enjoy the restaurants nearby and the hotel is excellent! We had a really nice welcome drink and chocolates and it really made the experience very memorable !"

"This is one of our favorite hotels we have booked on all our trips. We booked a total of two room types in this hotel, both of which were very good. The location of the hotel is very good, the surrounding is very quiet, and the Kamo River can be seen outside the window. The scenery is very good. It is very close to Demachiyanagi Station and the bus station. It is convenient to travel, whether you are going south or north. The hotel staff are warm and polite. There are towels in the lobby on rainy days and fans on sunny days for guests to use. There are also many travel-related books in the hotel lobby that can be borrowed for free. The quality of the books is very good, and my husband read it with great interest. The hotel's cleaning is very good, no worse than a five-star hotel. The quality of various consumable supplies provided in the room is also very good, and the supplies are also very sufficient and timely. All drinks and snacks in the room are free, this is what the lobby manager told us when we checked in. Fresh refreshments were delivered every day. We later discovered that they were bought from a nearby wagashi shop, and they were different every day. Sometimes they would leave a note explaining what kind of fruit they were. On the first day of my stay, I received a handwritten welcome card from the manager, and there were also handwritten notes with weather reports and other information every day, which was very thoughtful. So my husband said this is a treasure hotel. Highly recommended to friends in need. ps If we must find a shortcoming, it is that one of the air conditioning outlets in our room is above the bed, and a little bit of wind will blow onto one of the beds.
