"The location is convenient, with a bus stop right outside and Metro Line 1 nearby, making it easy to get around to all parts of the city. My favorite place to go was MixC shopping mall. However, after a few days exploring Nanning, I found that staying in the old town area was even more convenient. A pleasant surprise was the abundance of e-scooters in Nanning, which made solo travel very easy. The hotel facilities are a bit dated. The floorboards are cracked, and the balcony door doesn't close properly. On New Year's Eve, it got quite windy, and it felt a bit like staying in Wuthering Heights. There was a disposable liner for the bathtub, but no bath salts. The laundry room had many washing machines, but they weren't very efficient. The wash-and-dry combo damaged my 'bird' jacket. It seems they prioritize quantity over quality. Take Hanting hotels, for example, they have three LG washer and dryer units that use low-temperature drying, which doesn't harm clothes and significantly reduces waiting times for guests. The hotel service was very good; the butler was attentive and followed up constantly, doing their best to meet guests' needs. However, the hotel's management style seems to focus too much on KPI assessments rather than genuine guest satisfaction. This leads to them being a bit pushy in trying to get 5-star reviews. Guests who can afford this price point likely won't be swayed by sob stories or small favors, given their discernment and financial standing. Overall, I still recommend it; it offers good value for money."

After speaking with Ms. Teng at the front desk, she helped me switch to the correct room type and even upgraded me, which offered a great view. The hotel's pricing is very reasonable. If I ever come to Nanning again, choosing this place would definitely be the right decision."

"When I was planning my accommodations for my trip to Nanning, I was initially torn between chain hotels like Marriott and Orange Hotel. Ultimately, I chose this newly opened hotel because the facilities were brand new and it offered better value for money, so I decided to forgo the established chains for Hotel Mode. My overall stay was a mixed bag – some staff members were incredibly helpful, but there were significant issues with housekeeping and laundry services that severely detracted from the experience. Below, I'll objectively share my complete thoughts on the stay. First, let's talk about the highlights of my stay: The front desk staff were professional and attentive. They were warm, polite, and efficient with check-in and check-out, making for smooth communication. This was the biggest plus of my entire stay. The first night's experience was perfect. The room was clean and tidy, and all the facilities worked flawlessly. It was the best night of my stay. The breakfast chef was very dedicated and prepared the food with care. The overall breakfast experience was excellent. Hotel security staff were exceptionally kind. On my last day, many guests were doing laundry, and a security guard went out of his way to watch over the laundry machines in the middle of the night so that guests departing the next day could have clean clothes. This gesture of kindness was truly touching. Now, let's address the major issues, which were the most disappointing aspects: The standard of room cleaning varied dramatically. Only the first day's cleaning met expectations, and from the second day onwards, there were continuous mistakes. Before I left the room on the second day, I specifically wrote down my instructions for items to be kept on the desk using the hotel's provided paper and pen, and I even personally reminded the cleaning staff. However, when I returned, my personal belongings on the desk were still arbitrarily discarded. Fortunately, most valuable items were recovered later, but some items were permanently lost, which I just had to accept as bad luck. Daily room cleaning was also very perfunctory; the replacement of toiletries and other disposable items was inconsistent. Many items were removed but not replenished, and the cleaning standards were generally subpar. The laundry service was particularly frustrating. I sent clothes for washing on the 21st, and the staff pre-packed them into separate bags. I thought I could just take my clean clothes, but when I opened the bags, I found that all the clothes were completely damp. They had become musty and smelly from being sealed while wet, essentially making the wash pointless. This completely undermined the security guard's kind gesture of watching over the machines late at night. In summary: The service from the front desk, breakfast chef, and security staff was commendable, and the new hotel's hardware was good. However, housekeeping management was lax, and the laundry service process had serious flaws. I hope the hotel can strengthen pre-job training for housekeeping staff and improve supervision of laundry room operations. Rectifying these issues would significantly enhance the overall guest experience."

"Traveling alone, choosing this self-service hotel, the whole stay experience is worry-free and comfortable, and the service of the online butler is particularly warm. The whole password self-check-in, the operation steps are simple and clear, no matter how late you arrive, you can directly enter the room, the time arrangement is completely free, and the privacy is full. The housekeeper has been on standby online, replying to the message quickly, basically replying in seconds, treating people warm and patient, the door lock can not be opened, will not use the room appliance, ask about parking or places to eat around, will be carefully explained, and the problem is very efficient. Before arriving at the store, the housekeeper took the initiative to send accurate navigation, building access control use guide, and also intimately recommended nearby cost-effective snack bars, saving time for his own strategy. The hotel is in a good location, it is very convenient to go out and take a taxi. The convenience store and various restaurants downstairs are complete. You don't have to go far to purchase and solve three meals for daily purchases. The room has sufficient lighting, good ventilation, and the house is dry and not stuffy. The cleaning was very meticulous, all corners and bathroom gaps were cleaned up, the bedding was soft and tidy, there was no smell for each guest, the bathroom was separated from wet and dry, and there was no water stain on the countertop. The indoor facilities are maintained in place, the air conditioner is silent and not noisy, the hot water is fast for 24 hours, the water pressure is stable, the WiFi network speed in the whole house is smooth, and the drama and processing work will not be stuck. The building's access control is strict, outsiders cannot enter and exit at will, the room has good sound insulation, and the noise of traffic on the street is isolated. The rest is very stable at night. The price is transparent, there is no invisible consumption"

Before I even arrived, I received a call from the front desk asking about my needs and offering to prepare the room in advance. This is the first time I've experienced such excellent service!
