I checked into the hotel around 11pm. After entering the room, I noticed that the window was broken and could not be closed. The table in the room was not even touched by a cloth, there were visible dust balls everywhere. The refrigerator was not working. Even towels and soap were not placed in the room. The service quality was bad. I didn't like it. The door handle was broken. There was a coffee cup in the room, but there was no coffee. The room was freezing cold. The bed was as hard as a stone. It's a hotel that I can barely give even 1 point. In short, I wouldn't recommend it.

There were no towels in the room and there was no air conditioning remote control. I had to explain the situation to the staff 4 times. After 3 hours, the remote control and towel arrived, but the air conditioner did not work :)

DO NOT MAKE RESERVATION HERE! Your personal belongings can disappear and no one will take responsibility for it. Me and my husband stayed for a month for a vacation here. We didn't complain about poor conditions in the room like a hole in the ceiling (the size of a fist), bathroom accessories were broken or rusty, every shower ended with a flood all over the floor... I mean, we're okay with simple small hotels like this. What is not okay - it's stealing. Reception said that bag with clothes was recognized as a garbage by housekeeping and it was thrown away. We asked for one thing: please, return our bag or give us money for the most valued belongings. Long story short - they refused to do anything. Also reception blamed us for leaving plastic bag with clothes on the floor. Obviously we had to guess that housekeeping throw everything what's on the floor. Nothing was proposed to us as a compensation. During one month there were a lot of shutdowns of electricity, hot water and wi-fi. I don't recommend stay here even for one night. Also walls in this hotel are paper thin. You can hear everything what is going on in other rooms. Reception team is good only in one thing - smoking just right behind the reception desk. So the smoke is right in the lobby. That's... not right and disgusting. The only one reason that we didn't leave this hotel earlier is because whole accommodation was already paid and we were sure that greedy manager will not allow to return our money.

We were looking for a relatively cheap 3 star hotel in Istanbul because we were in Istanbul for an operation. But this hotel doesn't even deserve a star! Apart from the staff at the reception (children under 18), everything was a disaster. We arrived and were given a room that didn't have a key. We did get one, but it didn't fit in the keyhole. Then we were given a new room that was so small that the bed could barely fit in. The room wasn't cleaned, there was hair everywhere (on the floor and in the bathroom) and it stank of smoke!!! We are smokers too, but that wasn't normal anymore. When I decided to cancel the hotel, we were told that it wasn't possible because we had paid online. We got our "old" room back, but suddenly we did get a key. The beds were rock hard, we came back from Istanbul with back pain. You can't sleep at night anyway because all you hear is women moaning. We felt like we had ended up in a *******. NEVER AGAIN!!! Please never book here...
