The owner is super nice and really helpful whenever there are any problems. The room is regularly cleaned and restocked. Overall a pretty good experience!

All I can say is....this hotel is very nice and clean. The owner is a wonderful man. Very generous and caring. Checked in late....11pm and was tired and hungry. He ordered bbq meat skewers, beer, fried rice as I am not familiar with the area or know how to do a delivery. He made sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Hotel rooms are about the same everywhere. It is the service that separates the good ones from the average ones. On this, I give it 10/10. As for the room, clean and mosquito free. Air-conditioning is nice and cold. Location is excellent for those that needs to catch the express train to other cities. Bathtub, Shower cubicle and toilet are very clean. Would I stay again? Hell yes. In fact I am staying 1 more night as I need to lay over in Nanjing on my way to Vietnam. It's a 25 mins metro ride from hotel to the airport.

The hotel was ok, we were two families traveling together with 5 children. We had booked three rooms with 4, 3 and 2 beds. The rooms we found only had 3, 2 and 2 beds. In the end two had to sleep on yoga mats as an improvised solution. Otherwise great location and helpful staff

OMG, took us a while to find the hotel, the main door to the hotel is so small, if not for the lovely lady next door, we might not be able to find it. Room is ok but the outside is a bit dusty, the toilet is too small, whe u close the toilet door, the door is in your face, a bigger person won't fit.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The room was super clean and had a lot of amenities. The bed was really comfortable and the bathtub was amazing. The staff was really helpful and took great care of me!

I have to thank the guy at the reception who helped me when my phone wasn't working anymore with my VPN , so I was quite desperate and he was such a great help. He even walked me to the closest bank to withdraw some cash meanwhile I was fixing my phone. I am absolutely grateful

Never been to a hotel that has a very welcoming staff, we asked alot of questions and the receptionist helped us alot. Would recommend anyone who's travelling tk nanjing

Not a bad place to stay. It was really close to the train station (15 min walk) and close to a few metro stations (15-17min walk)! The place was clean, cozy, and in an ideal spot. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. My room had a balcony which was nice, too!! They even gave me some tea as I left! If you’re interested in Chinese tea, there are plenty of tea shops around!

Super nice looking rooms, very spacious and there was laundry on site!! Had a pleasant stay here. Downsides are : - the bathroom because as friends it is kind of awkward to shower or go to the toilet because the glass doesn't give a lot of privacy - The location is kind of in the middle of nowhere but very close to the south railway station

When I made the booking thru Trip.com, I filtered ‘breakfast included’, Guixin Courtyard Guesthouse was on my list. I chose it. I did not read the confirmation from Trip.com When I checked in, I told the staff that breakfast was included. He checked the booking confirmation and found meals were not included. I wonder why this happened? The staff was so nice to buy me one time breakfast All the basic accessories ( tooth brushes, towels, …)are good It takes at least 15 minutes walk to the South Nanjing Station where you can take trains, local buses and long distance buses. Very convenient! I recommend this hotel.

The hotel room was big. Service was good. The hotel is close to the South train station. There was some weird smell in the shower, but ok. The gift after checking out was a good intention, but not necessary for me. The more things I must carry around during traveling, the worse it is for me.

The staff is really nice. He took me to the airport and guided me everything.
