The hotel's location is excellent, with numerous attractions nearby, such as the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, and Hagia Sophia. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. However, the comfort of the stay did not meet my expectations. I had booked a room that was described as having a desk, but the room I received did not include one, contrary to the description. Furthermore, the room was significantly smaller than anticipated. Additionally, some fixtures in the bathroom were not functioning initially. Thankfully, the staff promptly addressed and resolved these issues, which I appreciated.

Good location

The hotel is located on a small road in the old town. The location is very convenient. Various classic attractions can be reached on foot, but some slopes need to be climbed. It is about 8 minutes' walk from the T1 tram station. The hotel breakfast is quite rich. The room is a little small, but considering the price, the price-performance ratio is acceptable. The front desk and restaurant staff are very professional and can communicate in English without any obstacles.

Let's start from the beginning, when we checked into the hotel the rooms left much to be desired, old furniture, dirty curtains, flimsy plumbing, dim lighting, the feeling that you are sitting in a basement. In addition, on the second day of our stay after cleaning the room, a bag of sweets and coffee that we bought as gifts went missing, which was ultimately not found, and the management promised to compensate our expenses, but in the end they did nothing at all. The breakfasts are monotonous, every day you will have the same thing, if you stay for a week or more you will quickly get tired of it. The flush button in the toilet was constantly breaking, and if you want to wash yourself in the shower with warm water - in this hotel it is almost impossible. The mattress on the bed falls down. It is uncomfortable to sleep. The Wi-Fi reception is very bad. In general - two points out of five. On the positive side - the location (near the Blue Mosque and the Hagia Sophia Cathedral, the Gulhane tram stop.

The hotel is very clean and hygienic. There are many attractions around. You can see the cathedral across the door and walk a few hundred meters next door to the Water Palace. There are also many restaurants around. The waiter in the lobby downstairs was very nice. We gave him a tip and helped carry our luggage upstairs. In fact, he didn't force us to do it. We tip but out of courtesy. The generosity of the Chinese people. I still gave it to him. Fortunately, I will book with this hotel again in the future.

I didn't like the hotel. 1. Dirty. 2. There is noise from the street. 3. The whole room is old. 4. The mattress is soft, uncomfortable to sleep on. 5. Long hair everywhere, difficult to clean. 6. Dust on the curtains. Verdict: I would not recommend this hotel.

Good service, good breakfast, good location. Bad air conditioning, the remote control didn't work and it turned off every so often and you couldn't rest well in the heat. The hot water in the shower was difficult to regulate and since it didn't have a door, almost half of the floor got wet. The towels are not changed every day. The best is the people who attend 24 hours a day.

The location is very nice, the staff is benevolent, friendly and helpful. The hotel is very inadequate compared to the location and price. The breakfast is insufficient, if the managers want to earn more, they should invest in the hotel as soon as possible and improve the conditions.
