Good location near the water puppet theatre, pond, and old quarter English speaking staff, proactive quick check-in spacious enough fast Wifi Breakfast: A la carte breakfast and drink (plenty of choice), egg noodle chosen (tasted like instant noodle tho) hotel restaurant on top of hotel

A good choice ,clean comfortable and good breakfast . Staff were very helpful with good grasp of english.

I had no choice but to charge my electronic devices in a place where I used water away from the bed, as there was no outlet other than the wash basin. It looks beautiful at first glance, it may be better considering the hygiene of Hanoi

The road will be closed on Sundays and become a pedestrian street. The sound insulation of the room is very good, but the disadvantages are as follows. One night, a French couple was exercising, and a female scream came from the bathroom. It lasted for 40 minutes. I also cheered for them in my heart, and finally calmed down. The hotel The small window has no distant view, but the advantage is that it can avoid the noise of vehicles on the street. Breakfast is a meal item with Chinese and Western choices. The front desk can call a familiar taxi on behalf of you to avoid being caught in a black taxi. You can also temporarily store your luggage. Before leaving, I also sent a small red envelope in advance to show the friendship between China and Vietnam

The room was very quiet and the hotel service was very polite! The location of the hotel is very good, very convenient to enter and exit!

Everything is good, but it seems that the houses in Vietnam are relatively small, the attitude of the service staff is relatively good, there are many places to eat and play around, bars and night markets are very close

The facilities in the room are satisfactory. It's old, but it seemed to be well maintained. The only downside was that there was not enough hot water to fill the bathtub.

The location is located in a crowded place such as Hoan Kiem and Old Town Beer Street. A comfortable place to go. Thank you for the kindness of the staff and the upgrading to a balcony room at a late check-in. Booked for one day and stayed one more night.

It's nice because it's close to the Sapa Express office. The downside is that it's narrow, so it's hard to leave your luggage and unpack it. Other than that, it's ok for sightseeing purposes.

The hotel was really nice, especially Rosie, who treated me so well!! I think it was really good to stay overnight during the trip!
