The room is relatively clean, with cartoon theme, which children like very much.And baby-specific toiletries.Parking is also convenient and free.

Really a nice place for family. They have a variety of rooms, really vouch for family with kids. Ample playing space for little ones and library inclusive. The front desk are helpful, bilingual and friendly. They have a laundry machine and drier, restaurants around the hotel and a beautiful lake view. So ideal, make sure to check out their KTV in Basement 1.

Out of my expectations, clean and convenient hotel. Nice and helpful staff.

I came to Fengxian and booked a room. I was very satisfied with the room. The front desk helped me upgrade the lake view king room. The environment was beautiful, the room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was also good. The hotel is very close to Shanghai Fish. It's very comfortable to walk around. I recommend it. Hahaha

Service: I booked a parent-child room, and the front desk Xiao Liu contacted in advance and helped to upgrade it to a parent-child suite for free. Thumbs up! Facilities: The parent-child suite is very spacious, with a separate bathroom for children (the toilet and washbasin are both children's models), and the child's bed is a boat. The children like it very much. There are many children's books on the bookcase. I just sit on the boat with the books and read them. Even the small tent is not fragrant haha~ Environment: The hotel is next to Shanghai Fish, not far from children's amusement facilities (Bubble Park) and shopping malls (Fengxian Tianjie), and it is convenient for eating, drinking and playing. It would be perfect if I could see the lake view outside the window!

The room is clean and tidy. The hotel is right next to Shanghai Fish Park. The lake view room is quiet and has a terrace. It is very comfortable in this season. The garbage truck is a bit noisy at 5-6 am. I hope the surrounding sanitation can understand and not disturb the residents too much when collecting garbage.

I stayed in this hotel and felt very good. Miss Liu at the front desk was very polite and upgraded me to the Chaohu room. She also gave me a small gift when I left at noon. I was very satisfied with the hotel's service, hygiene and facilities. I will come again next time.

The weather has been very good recently. I came to Shanghai Fish Scenic Area for an outing. There is a lake behind the hotel, the air is fresh and the scenery is pleasant. Manager Wu gave the children two kites, which is very thoughtful. I will come again in the future!!!

The service was excellent (the front desk was very welcoming) and the room was amazing! We booked a lake view room and were so lucky to see the sunrise in the morning. It was so beautiful. There are parks nearby. I went for a walk after having breakfast and will go there again in the future.

It is very good to choose this hotel. As soon as you walk into the hotel lobby, you can smell the fragrance of the lobby. The front desk staff are also very enthusiastic and check-in is very fast, especially Miss Yuhan who wears glasses at the front desk. The breakfast is also very good. I like it very much.
