Nice new hotel. Lobby is very posh, but I think the room is just neat and modern. I love the big sofa in the room for lounging though

Great location and nice room fitted 2 adults and 1 kid. Clean and good services. Will choose for return stay in ipoh.

27-29.8.2025 This hotel is located near Ipoh Parade, walking in 5 minutes only. The hotel has 2 bays of AC 7kw EV Chargers. It is very easy to find the chargers after entering the parking area. I chose this hotel because of the EV changing facility. Breakfast choices are limited compared to other 5 star hotels.

I really love the grandeur and ambiance of this hotel—the penthouse on the 11th floor, the pool view on the 4th floor, and the charming nightscape of Ipoh. Tonight, it feels like I’m on a honeymoon. My heart is full of gratitude.

good job at revamping the old Syuen Hotel, rooms are nice wood / dark vibes, pillows are fluffy, pool is brand new as well good location and free parking. Highly recommended

The Hotel is located in the city center of Ipoh. It is within a 10km radius from most of the attraction and famous restaurants around. Hotel is nicely decorated and staffs very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located in the center of Ipoh town, making it convenient to access most local food spots. The room is clean, but the bed is a standard single size — not a super single — so it’s not very comfortable to sleep on. The blanket is quite thick, so we had to set the air-conditioning to a very low temperature to sleep comfortably. Breakfast is okay — just the usual hotel fare, nothing special.

A very clean hotel rooms. The counter service very efficient, check in around 8pm. They provide extra pillow, tower, blanket as free. We will definitely will back to AC hotel by Marriott Ipoh when come to Ipoh. Very highly recommend .

A very nice hotel in Ipoh. I love the vibe here that makes everything calm and slow. The staff is very kind and friendly that they even prepare a deco and cake for me and my wife anniversary. The room is very clean and comfy. Will definitely comeback again for staycation
