I want to cancel but they don’t let me

As seen in the photos, the bathroom was really not cleaned, there was no toilet paper, the room was cleaned. The reception was good but they gave my room card twice. At 8pm, people came into my room because they rented it twice. They made me move three times, since the card was demagnetized, they apologized, but hey... I was planning to eat at the Campanile restaurant, that put me off.

Room not very clean but considering the price it's normal I didn't expect better but on the other hand the bed is very comfortable

I booked a room for a few days, but I had skin allergies a few hours after checking in, so I checked out

Very well located hotel near the motorway exit, cleanliness is very average, breakfast very good.

The reception is located in another hotel (on the other side of the parking lot) and we had not been informed in advance, We all hear what's going on in the rooms around the corner. No toilet brush, rickety bathroom handle, front door jamb cracks, tiny bathroom and very poor wifi. Sturdy and very comfortable bed The breakfast is excellent (cold meats, hot pastries, fruit juices, etc.)!

Not necessarily the best hotel in the area at the same prices. HS radiator, Housekeeping to be done to be in a good environment except the bed. Cancellation made by the breakfast computer between online reservation and arrival. Not really satisfied. Do not recommend

The location of the hotel is ideal, but the cleanliness of the room leaves something to be desired. Bathroom dirty, traces on the shower curtain, hair in the sink, no more shower products in the dispenser, big dust, on the floor in the room.  we had breakfast with the room, it is perfect because taken at the campanile right next door

Hotel heeft de standaard voorzieningen. Door de samenwerking met het aangrenzende hotel kan je prima dineren (al is een glas wijn daar wel erg prijzig). Het ontbijt is buitengewoon aantrekkelijk.

Bardzo miły Pan z obsługi. Mimo późnej godziny zameldowania (duży plus że można o tej godzinie) pan był bardzo uprzejmy i uśmiechnięty. Spokojna okolica i duży parking.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet établissement arrivé tard à 22h, l'enregistrement s'est très bien passé dame agréable et souriante. Concernant la chambre rien à dire sur la propreté de la literie et le confort du matelas qui reste correct toute fois concernant le ménage de la chambre, le nettoyage de certains détails devrait être poussé. Applique lumière remplie de toile de poussière, dessous de couchette pleine de taches marron ... Ce ne sont que des détails, mais qui peuvent faire la différence car pour le coup la chambre paraît moins propre. Le coin sanitaire (douche et WC) est petit, toutefois cela reste très correct.
