Suzhou Hotels with Wifi

"I cannot recommend Pan Pac Suzhou enough. Firstly, the hotel looks like an attraction itself already. It's one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed in. Secondly, the staff are so hospitable and helpful - our Didi driver was being nasty and trying to scam us and the hotel manager immediately came out to help us mediate the situation, and gave us a upgrade - thank you! The stay was so plesant and the nicer hotel room really helped me feel better. I didn't manage to get the names of the staff as they changed shifts, but if you're looking for a place to stay in Suzhou, really really highly recommend staying here!"

"When I booked, I saw that this hotel had 10,000+ positive reviews and other hotels had many less reviews. So my fear is that they were made by AI or fake reviews. But having stayed for a week in June 2025. Here is my review. The hotel has everything. It is so hard to find a hotel with everything. But this does Big TV that can stream from phone Separate shower and toilet rooms Large fridge with a small freezer Water pressure good WiFi Good Super clean Friendly service Laundry room with multiple washers and dryers and steamer (detergent provided) Good looking lobby Gym with treadmill, bike, bench and dumbells I didn't use the tea room facilities Good amount of clothes hangers in the room Great AC that's controlled in room Okay breakfast There were some reviews on here complaining about the quality of the finishing. This is mildly true. there are small scuffs on wall. Small and doesn't detract from the stay. The location is 15 min walk to shopping streets. Suzhou is flat so the walk is easy Line 1 metro is 12 min walk away There was some building noise due to a nearby shop doing some work, so we was offered an upgrade to a quieter room. This was nice and included a round bathtub. But even our standard smaller room had all the facilities and features listed above New towels and such daily. Cleaned very well. Andu in terms of features and facilities is comparable to Mecure, ManXin, Hilton. Maybe those places have slightly nicer finishes of material but considering Andu is almost half the cost, having a small mark on a wall is fine. Especially as everything you touch, tables, towels, sofa, shower, bed, floor are always super clean. There are some general stores next door and the also sell fruit. Coffee shop opposite and a whole street of restaurants opposite. The design of the public areas is great. Many hotels cheap out on this but it shows a level of care that this place had which is nice. Rooms are designed well with chargibg points each side of the bed. Good lighting and blackout curtains In our smaller room, there was a smell when you step into the room. But once you enter, after a moment, the smell is gone. If you can get a bigger room, the one with bath, it's nicer. Great service. every staff member greets you, helps with luggage, very attentive."

"We had a pleasant and welcoming stay at this hotel. Service is excellent!! When we reached, the boss of the hotel was at the lobby to welcome us. He was friendly and bubbly. He gave suggestion to book a car ride to our hotel at hangzhou, so that we don’t have to worry about transportation the next day. He told us that there will be pouring rain at noon and reminded us to bring umbrella which was sweet and thoughtful of him. The room was not ready so we headed out for brunch and shopping first. Our luggages were already brought up to our room when we returned to hotel. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly too. We were not sure how to take Didi and they guided us. There is a free laundry service as well. Really appreciated this service especially our clothes/scarf were drenched due to the pouring rain. The room is super cozy, clean and 中国风. It has a sensor toilet and fast drying hair dryer. There’s a lounge for us to store food in the fridge. The next day when we checked out, the boss was at the lobby and he ordered the staffs to carry our luggages to the car. The driver he recommended was friendly and manage to safely sent us to Hangzhou hotel. "I would call this hotel the best place in Suzhou! Staying in a hotel is about comfort and hospitality, and this hotel gives both 100%. Location. Extremely near to Shilu station, take exit 12, there is an elevator, as well. All major sightseeing spots are walking distance. Staff. Reception 24/7, all staff is friendly and most of them can speak English on a sufficient level, or with a mobile phone translation app. Rooms. We were traveling 2 adults and 3 kids, so booked 2 rooms. Hotel provided rooms very near and even changed one room, that was more convenient for staying with infant. Staying in rooms with a futon was an interesting experience. The hairdryer and all amenities provided are surprisingly high quality on a level of a posh hotel. Breakfasts. This is very special about this hotel. The variety of dishes (including ramen and mochi daily) is great and food is very very tasty, sending many thanks to the cooking staff. Additional facilities. Washing room with 2 washing machines and 2 drying machines helped to stay comfortable with clean clothes every day, that is important in a hot weather. Afternoon tea is a nice treat from hotel, when you can skip daytime hot period in a cool space. Overall the hotel is stylish and the convenience of the guests is thought out to the smallest detail. I highly recommend this hotel for staying in Suzhou."

"Front desk team coral, zhao jing, penny and Elaine and the team displayed exemplary service. The hotel staff is generally very helpful and friendly. They have alot of facilities and the indoor playground is very clean and well maintained. They listen well to our queries and try their best to help when needed. Will definitely recommend this place. The shopping mall is also a 10 minutes walk and it is huge. Allowed early check in and late check out if available"

"The hotel is acceptable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is older, as evidenced by the carpets, tiles, fixtures, and furniture. However, it is clean. Although we booked rooms on the non-smoking floor, there was unfortunately a strong smell of cigarette smoke. Unfortunately, Apple Pay is not accepted; only cash or physical Visa cards are accepted. Breakfast was okay, but the selection was not as extensive as we had expected. Overall, the stay was okay, but considering it’s the Shangri-La, it was somewhat disappointing."

"The hotel is conveniently located next to the metro station, bus station, stores, restaurants and so on. Given the price and the room size, it is quite a good deal. Breakfast is decent too. Just that there is only one old elevator and I do not like the purple light in the room."

"Just a short walk to famous attractions like the拙政园 and狮子林. Despite being in the heart of the city, the hotel feels peaceful and serene, surrounded by beautiful traditional Suzhou-style courtyards. The room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable for a good night’s sleep. What truly made our stay special was the warm hospitality. The staff kindly helped carry our luggage to the room, and the front desk was incredibly helpful, offering local tips and patiently answering all our questions. As a lovely surprise, we even received a small farewell gift when checking out, which made the experience feel extra thoughtful and memorable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to enjoy both comfort and the cultural charm of Suzhou. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Amazing hotel! Fans of Chinese traditional architecture, garden and ambience will simply love it! Big highlights : the interior pool with golden fishes, some tables paper and brush to do calligraphy, authentic old furnitures and art, and important: they have a free tai chi 太极 lesson on the morning! The only hotel I know providing this! The teacher is super nice and his moves are impressive! I recommend a try! (Just let the hotel know one day before)"
