"It was so hot in Sanya that I just wanted to stay in the hotel room. The air conditioning was excellent, even a bit too cold on a higher setting. Choosing this hotel was a great decision; the price was reasonable, and the room was very satisfying. The bedding was clean and tidy. The pool was quite busy, mostly with foreign guests. I especially want to thank the lobby manager, Robert, for helping me find my lost glasses – he was diligent and truly dedicated to guest service. The housekeeping staff were also very thoughtful, promptly replenishing towels and bottled water in my room whenever needed. Check-out was quick and efficient, with no waiting for room inspection. I was very pleased with this stay!"

"The hotel's location is excellent; just across the street is the Coconut Dream Corridor, and Sanya Bay beach is gentle. We enjoyed watching the sea, the waves, and even a typhoon approaching. We booked a family room for two nights and happened to be there during Typhoon Maysak. The room flooded due to heavy rain overnight, but at 3 AM, they still managed to move us to a suite within an hour. Our child also had a great time in the play area. Despite the inconvenience, we were grateful for the genuine and responsive service from all the staff. My parents also highly praised the Pullman's service."

"The large sea view from the room was nice, but the in-room facilities felt a bit outdated. There was nowhere to hang towels, and the tissue box only had a few crumpled tissues left, clearly remnants from a previous guest. The most frustrating part was trying to find the kids' club. I asked the front desk several times, and they just kept saying 'turn left outside, it's in the building next door,' without mentioning it was in a different hotel. We walked back and forth multiple times under the scorching sun and couldn't find it. When we asked another staff member, they said this hotel doesn't even have a kids' club! I saw reviews online of other guests using the infinity pool, but the front desk also failed to mention it was at the Belmont Hotel, so we just assumed it wasn't open. The front desk was also vague about the breakfast restaurant's location, just saying 'in the building next door.' Every time we went to that 'next door building,' we had to walk a long way under the blazing sun. Whether it's a kids' club or a water park, why can't they clearly state it's in a different hotel? Even if it's 'next door,' it should still be part of *their* hotel. Who would guess it's a completely different property without clear information? Our butler added us on WeChat after we had been running around all day and went out in the evening, but we didn't see it until the next day at check-out when they reminded us to add them. What's the point then? How can I possibly leave a good review with an experience like that? Objectively, the facilities at the partner hotels are quite good, making the overall value for money reasonable. But shouldn't the subjective service keep up? It's just a matter of saying a few more words, yet they made everything so complicated every time."

"Our stay at Sanya Marriott was absolutely perfect, I highly recommend it! The hotel's gardens are exquisite, and you step right out onto a beautiful, fine sandy beach with crystal-clear water. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bedding is soft, and the balcony views are absolutely stunning. Breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, with fresh tropical fruits and high-quality dining options. What truly made our stay special was our dedicated butler, who was attentive and thoughtful throughout. With outdoor go-karts, a high-altitude zip line, the 'Yiqu Tongxin' Kids Park, a firefly night event, and an indoor children's playground, there's an abundance of entertainment options. The hotel staff are highly professional, and we felt their thoughtful service everywhere we went. Our dedicated butler followed up throughout our stay, making our vacation with the kids easy and enjoyable. We've stayed at several similar hotels, but our whole family loves this one the most, so we immediately decided to extend our stay. The recreational facilities cater to both adults and children, and the beach even provides free sand-digging tools, completely freeing up parents' hands. Room surprise + seafood buffet with grilled crocodile, this hotel really knows how to pamper you 🎂 My Sanya trip happened to coincide with my birthday, and I originally thought it would be just a normal stay, but I ended up being incredibly touched. I have to give a special shout-out to the housekeeping staff – when I returned to my room in the evening, I found a cute little cake made of rose petals and towels on the bed, along with a handwritten birthday card. There was also a delicate small cake and a fruit platter on the desk, which instantly cheered me up. These little touches weren't just standard procedure; they genuinely made me feel cared for. Now, let's talk about the super value-for-money ”package including dinner buffet for two.” I used to think all hotel buffets were pretty much the same, but this one changed my mind. The freshness of the food was top-notch, and there was a wide variety of seafood. The biggest surprise was finding grilled crocodile! It was my first time trying it; the meat was firm, a bit like a cross between chicken and fish, and dipping it in the special sauce was amazing. The tropical fruit section was a colorful palette, with rambutan, wax apples, jackfruit, and freshly opened Hainan coconuts that were sweet and refreshing – I drank two in one go. What truly elevated the dinner experience was the ambiance. The restaurant faces the sea, and as the evening sunset glowed through the floor-to-ceiling windows, dining while watching the sunset was so romantic it left me speechless. There was also a Filipino band playing live, with soft jazz accompanying the sound of the waves, making me want to stay an extra hour. The waiter saw the cake on our table and even offered to take photos and asked if we needed help cutting it. In short, this birthday experience far exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and comfortable, the sea-view restaurant offered an unbeatable view, and the buffet was excellent value for money. "⭐Service: The hotel service was quite good, especially when it came to requests related to children, most of which were met. However, responses weren't always timely. Check-in and check-out were a bit slow. In terms of check-in experience, the R&F Hotel was the best. When my child had a fever upon arrival, the hotel arranged a car to take us to Sanya Maternity and Child Healthcare Hospital, and they also provided airport transfer at check-out, which was great. The souvenir gift felt a bit unappealing. ⭐Room: I didn't like that the bathtub faced the main door directly; there should at least be some kind of screen. Although it's a single-person tub, it's designed not to be slippery. The balcony view was great, and the toiletries smelled nice. ⭐Environment: The scenery is definitely a highlight, very photogenic. Every spot, from the room to the pool, the beach, and the coconut grove, offered great photo opportunities. ⭐Facilities: The pool design is excellent, and you can get beautiful shots effortlessly. The unique paddleboard lane is a nice touch. I suggest the hotel consider heating the pool water appropriately based on the actual temperature, as many guests are families with children, and it can get cold when windy after getting out of the water. The rooftop infinity pool is the most beautiful; the day and night views are different, so it's a must-see for photos. The entire hotel complex is quite large with plenty to explore. There are small bars and Western restaurants available by different pools, creating a great atmosphere at night. ⭐Hygiene: The pool was clean, and supplies were replenished promptly. ⭐Recreation: The recreational activities were the best among the three hotels we stayed at this trip. ⭐Overall: I would choose the Westin again next time. It's great for photos, has beautiful scenery, lots of activities, and a good atmosphere."

"We chose InterContinental Sanya Haitang Bay Resort for our anniversary during the Dragon Boat Festival, and our entire trip was absolutely amazing! 🥳 First, the hotel environment: the resort has an incredible atmosphere, nestled between mountains and the sea. Every photo we took looked like it belonged in a magazine. It felt so serene and relaxing, truly a perfect getaway. Now for the main highlight: I can't recommend our incredible butler, Dora, enough! 🥰 She was incredibly thoughtful and warm. She proactively upgraded us to a sea-view room, and the moment we opened the door, we were stunned. The endless ocean stretched out before us – the view was absolutely breathtaking. Upon learning it was our anniversary, she secretly decorated our room in advance, adding so much special touch. It was a completely unexpected and delightful surprise. She was always prompt in responding and thought of every single detail. Her attention to detail was exceptional. With the stunning scenery combined with Dora's incredibly attentive and personalized service, we had an unforgettable time. If you're coming to Sanya for a vacation, don't hesitate to book this place. And when we return, we'll definitely be looking for Dora again!"

"Due to noise issues in our previous lake-view family room, we reported it to Gina, who then moved us to a family room in the main building. Overall, this room had lower ceilings and older facilities than the previous one, but it was more spacious. The best part was how quiet it was; after 10 PM, there was virtually no noise outside, which was great for light sleepers. I really appreciate Gina from Guest Services for her attention to detail; she even prepared a small cake for the child, who was thrilled. The hotel pool's bubble activity is every Tuesday and Thursday at 4:30 PM. My child had so much fun they completely forgot themselves, but then developed a fever that evening. When I asked the hotel for an ear thermometer, they replied that they only had mercury thermometers. How could an A+ parent-child hotel not have an ear thermometer? While an ear thermometer might not be as accurate as a mercury one, it's difficult to use a mercury thermometer with very young children who might not cooperate. Of course, we usually bring our own ear thermometer when we travel, but there are always unexpected situations, like forgetting it this time. Service: Most of the restaurant staff, cleaning ladies in public areas, and bellhops at the entrance actively greeted us, and they were all very good. Getting Around: There's a night market within walking distance of the hotel. The beach is just a left turn out of the hotel and across the road. The hotel can arrange a car to Yalong Bay Tropical Paradise Forest Park, which was a filming location for 'If You Are the One 2' – just ask the Golden Key concierge in the lobby. For other places, you generally need to take a taxi. For example, if you want to go to West Island, it's at least a 45-minute taxi ride. If you're staying for three days or less, I honestly recommend just staying at the hotel. Don't venture out too much, or you'll lose the meaning of a vacation and get too tired. Issues encountered in the room: 1. The most memorable thing was that my child's white socks turned black very quickly after walking on the floor. It seemed the room floor wasn't mopped daily, as I also saw hair near the dining table that hadn't been cleaned up. However, the housekeeping staff were quite considerate; they noticed we needed more water and directly provided 8 bottles. Linens and room consumables were fully replenished after previous guests checked out. But when our extended stay room was cleaned the next day, they took away the child's bathrobe and didn't replace it, nor did they replenish consumables. I had to call later that night to request them. Overall, it was easy to tell that different people were cleaning on different days. 2. There were also some hardware issues, such as the curtain and screen window switches being reversed. The lighting modes were quite unintuitive; for example, there was no night light mode or a mode to only turn on the lights above the bedside table. The shower drain worked better than in the previous room, flowing smoothly without overflowing. However, the hot water in the shower took too long to come out – definitely over ten seconds – so long that I thought hot water wasn't coming out at all. 3. For dining, we only experienced breakfast and the buffet dinner. My child particularly enjoyed the fruit at the buffet dinner and the mermaid show. The food quality overall wasn't particularly outstanding; it was just enough to fill you up, with no dishes leaving a special impression. The photo is of breakfast. Long after checking out, I realized I had left some items, but I didn't receive any call or feedback from the hotel. Although if they had called, I probably would have said to discard them, I wonder if the current hotel process for lost and found items is to wait for guests to call and inquire, otherwise, they assume it's not wanted and dispose of it? We experienced the afternoon tea and travel photography included in the package. We didn't go to the DIY activity."
