Amazing location they have diving center and water activity’s

The Regina is a basic all inclusive hotel right in the centre of Hurghada. Easy walking distance to the Marina and bars, restaurants etc are right outside the front door. Majority of staff are friendly, tips get you better service (as in most places in Egypt). Samir who cleaned our bungalow was absolutely fantastic, every day he left something else in our room that helped us enjoy our stay. From a kettle (not typical to get in Egypt all inclusive) to hotel embroidered slippers and a wonderful smile every single day, I hope the management cherish him as he is simply brilliant. The bungalow was spacious enough but the shower was tiny, beds comfy, plenty of clean towels too. The food is basic and not to the standard I’ve had in other hotels in Hurghada but there was always something to have. The beer is poured in to small glasses from a bottle and all the spirits are local equivalents. If like me you need coffee early morning (before 7) then you’ll have to pay for it. They have a machine in a little cafe area and at the pool/beach bars but machine coffee is not available whilst breakfast is being served. Instead it’s provided in a huge urn and not very palatable. If you arrive before 3pm you’re not entitled to have lunch or dinner after 12 o’clock check out on your last day…they cut your band off when you check out. If you check in after 3pm then you can get a voucher from reception which allows you to have lunch. I’ve never had this at any other hotel in Egypt (this was my 18th visit) and adds to the basic feel of the hotel. If you’re looking for a cheap hotel to enjoy the ever present sunshine then the Regina could be for you.

It was okay, but it wasn’t warm enough in winter hope next time they would be able warm up the Ocean during winter time.

Our goal was to live near Khargada Marina and save money, the hotel coped with these tasks with flying colors, so there are no complaints - we knew where we were going. We liked the food - quite varied and tasty. Very well-kept green area - workers are constantly planting, cutting, mowing. The beach is nice, the water is cold in December, we did not swim

The location is excellent, very convenient. The beach is acceptable. The cleanliness in the hotel leaves much to be desired, especially in the dining room, but our room was cleaned by a good maid. The food is acceptable, you will not go hungry.

Large area, relatively good room, but already seen

The hotel has a garden-style environment, villa-style cottages, a private Red Sea area, where you can swim and have fun at sea, a freshwater swimming pool, a sunny SPA, a gym, and three buffet meals that are very delicious, with a wide variety of dishes and long opening hours.

Avoid the pit! Avoid the pit! Avoid the pit! I booked it last minute on arrival at Hurghada. The beach of the hotel is very dirty, the service is terrible, the waiters are stupid and fierce, I have never seen such a bad hotel.

The room was extremely shabby. There was sand all over the bed and quilt. It was so dirty. It had never been cleaned. The bathroom was also extremely dirty. There was hair and dirt all over the floor. The hair dryer was broken and I had to go to the front desk to fix it. I called the front desk but no one answered. It was a very bad experience. I will never come again.

I don't think it's worth staying here for a week or more. The food is pretty simple, although you won't go hungry. But a couple of days before or after an active program is very convenient.

I decided to see the difference between the hotel levels and booked 3 hotels. Regina was average and of course after Arabia resort I realized that I would not agree to such a level anymore. There is no "shine" here, the level of service needs to be diametrically changed - I am talking about the reception. Wi-Fi, you could say, is completely absent even at the reception, it is like a "fleeting vision" in Pushkin for 1.2 minutes and fades like a fire during the rain
