We have requested a no balcony and quiet room, however,a room with balcony and facing the main road was given to us,it's extremely noisy 24/7!They also charge you for extra pillow or towels.The room is dirty and smelly,toilet drainage slow and old design.

Bad＞ Bed is hard, wash sink faucet is unusually low, building is hard to identify if u cant speak thai & got a taxi they arent very familiar of this accomodation. Luckily able to use grabcar & 7eleven to identify Good＞ Walking distance to chinatown market & few temples around, near subway station too, room is spacious & comes with balcony, front desk are helpful & quite frenly, lent me a socket bcos i forgot to bring mine. Massage at level 3 beside front desk is also goood, service with hot tea is a + point. Opted for late checkout by 4pm with additional 500baht charged. I had to checkout late due to attending a funeral wake at and can only be back by 345pm. Luckily they allow for late checkout. Thank u!

When I checked in, the bed sheets were dirty. They didn’t change them. The same happened the next day. I must complain to the concierge.

The location is undeniably excellent, with the MRT station just a few steps away. The air conditioning was very powerful—almost too cold at times! However, overall, I found that the negatives slightly outweighed the positives. Firstly, the sound insulation is extremely poor; traffic noise continued late into the night, around midnight to 1 a.m. Secondly, the cleaning service was disappointing. Despite multiple reminders, the cleaning crew never washed the dirty dishes in the sink. Thirdly, the instructions for operating the hot water system were unclear. There’s nothing in English, which meant I didn’t have hot water on my first night. Lastly, the bathroom sink tap is unusually low, making it difficult to use—so much so that we had to use the kitchen sink instead. The design feels quite impractical. I didn’t have a good sleep at this stay in the last few nights.

Nice and convenient to stay Really like the name heart of chinatown Only thing I think don't mind you all to consider is your laundry service supplier coz for myself I got sensitive skin by the time I sleep feel a bit itchy Anyway it's my own issue Staff are friendly and helpful Hope to see you all again when next time my family visit Bangkok

Good location, just 2mins to wat makong mrt exit 3, beside is wat kamawalat temple. Near morning wet market, then after crossing will be sampeng wholesale market. Exit 1 will be I’m Chinatown mall & during night rows of street food. Clean & spacious, with utensils bowls plates provided. TV need log-in google/youtube, no in-built channels. Bathroom beware of the platform to enter.

We had a great stay at Exo Residence in Chinatown. The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything, and the hotel was very clean. They even offered a free 30-minute massage for one person, which was a nice bonus! Our room had four beds and still felt spacious — it was very convenient and not crowded at all. The only downside was the very tiny lift; it was difficult for us and our suitcases to fit together. Overall, it’s a great value for money, and I would definitely recommend it!

Location: The hotel is a bit far from Chinatown Food Street. The hotel staff service is very good. Massage is also good

3-5 minutes walking to MRT, lots of restaurants nearby, clean room. Good food. We will be back next time in town.

Mixed review regarding this hotel. Location: In the centre of China Town and right above a 7/11. Positives - Good location to the metro, about a 2 minute walk and then one tube to most destinations. Good places to eat around and good atmosphere from China Town although it can be very busy. Negatives - Above a 7/11 and so from our room you could hear the sound it makes every time somebody walks in.. it is 24h so this got a bit frustrating Hotel: Very good price. Just needed for 1 night while we waited for our flight home. Positives - Modern looking. Not 100% like the photos on the website but I don’t think hotel rooms ever are due to editing etc. Spacious rooms with a comfy bed. Microwave and fridge. Air con. Nice bathroom. Friendly staff. Negatives - Very noisey air con in our room. Was making a horrible cracking noise so in the end I turned it off then woke up VERY hot due to it being 35 degrees outside. Was absolutely eaten alive by mosquitos despite not having the window open. Very thin walls/doors. Could hear people in the hallway and noise from other rooms. Kept me awake a lot. Family’s in the morning talking in the hallway was really annoying. Not really the hotels fault for other inconsiderate guests but just be aware you will be kept up if you encounter them! Was good for the money paid and in a good location. Don’t think I could have stayed for more than 1 night though.

The hotel is located very close to Wat Mankon Met STN We came in a group of family and the lift were small Unable to accommodate many ppl. Overall the hotel is worthy to stay
