The location was pretty good, being close to Yuantong temple and Kunming zoo. Also near a subway station, within a walking distance of no more than 10 minutes. Breakfast was adequately good. Not so many selections to choose from. The room was clean and the mattress was pretty good. There was a supermarket right next to the hotel. The only thing to dislike was the door closing of other rooms which was awfully loud and disturbing. Overall experience was very good.

Everything was great with this hotel. A grocery store is coincidently located directly below, with all the necessities at good prices. It’s also walking distance to many good restaurants.

The location was the best as it's 30 minutes walking distance near the old street and other streets famous in the city. It was easy for us to plan our trip as we walked from the hotel to the old street to the lake. The hotel also have good music and TV system and we are able to connect our phone to the Bluetooth to open music in the room.

This time in Kunming, I stayed at the Xana Hotel, located opposite Taoyuan Square on Taoyuan Street, overlooking the Panlong River. There's a supermarket next to the hotel on the first floor, and KTVs on the 4th, 5th, and 6th floors. I initially thought it would be noisy, but the soundproofing was quite good; I couldn't hear any unusual noises at night. My room had a river and street view, with nice views of the river and square. The interior decoration was quite interesting, all in Tiffany blue tones, with soothing music playing. All the furnishings were part of the same visual identity design, showing attention to detail. Breakfast was on the seventh floor the next morning, with a decent selection and reasonably good coffee. There's also a small gym and laundry room on the seventh floor. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and the room type was upgraded for free when checking in. The room is spacious and bright, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the sound insulation effect is very good, so you can sleep well all night. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and is equipped with high-end toiletries. The breakfast variety is rich, and the freshly cooked noodles are especially amazing. The cleaning aunt cleans meticulously every day and folds the pajamas thoughtfully. When checking out, she took the initiative to ask about the stay experience and gave a small gift. The price-performance ratio is super high, and the details reflect the heart everywhere. I will definitely choose here again on my next business trip! The room was very clean, and I unexpectedly found that I liked the background music list in the room. The location was very convenient, and the jacaranda trees by the Panlong River were in full bloom! The theme color of the room was exactly my favorite Tiffany blue!

The jacaranda trees at the entrance of the hotel are particularly beautiful. The front desk upgraded the room for me, but the room has a bit of odor, the wallpaper is cracked quite seriously, and there is a lot of scale at the shower head. I suggest that the owner should renovate it.
