Nice and large room with decent view. Location is a little further from Sannomiya and requires to transfer to Rokko Liner. Overall, good stay.

What an enjoyable trip in this hotel! Love it’s onsen and the lounge on the onsen floor. Also went hiking in the 六甲山 area.

Was here for work on a short trip. Staff are very kind and the rooms were clean. They also have a family mart attached to the building next door so it was convenient to get a nibble. There's a direct shuttle bus to downtown sannomiya so that was really nice as well. would recommend.

I still like this hotel very much. First of all, the room is relatively large. Although the facilities are a bit old, they are up to the standard of a star hotel. The front desk is very welcoming. You can take a hot spring on the 3rd floor, and it is the natural hot spring water of Rokko Mountain, so you don’t have to go to Arima specifically to take a hot spring. This makes it very cost-effective. From JR Sannomiya Station, follow the instructions to directly transfer to the Rokko Express. It is not inconvenient. There is really nothing to eat around the hotel. There is a McDonald's, but you can only eat in the hotel. I personally think the breakfast is average. If you catch up with the weekend, many Japanese will also come to take a hot spring and line up

The room is quite big, and the suitcases can be spread out. The club floor is equivalent to executive privileges, but the drinks and snacks are average. The room provides some skin care and hair care products that are not available in ordinary rooms. They are quite useful. The location is a bit far from the city, but the transportation is quite convenient. The bus to and from the airport needs to check the time, otherwise it will not stop at the hotel. The breakfast is very rich and of good quality. I ate a lot for two days. I highly recommend it.

I booked two rooms with my elders and children. I was very satisfied with the room, breakfast and hot spring. The location is a bit remote, you need to take the subway and then transfer to JR to go out, but it is generally convenient. The hotel has an airport bus, remember to make an appointment in advance.

It's a really old Sheraton. Although it's on an artificial island, it's not that inconvenient to go to the subway directly. There are also shops and art galleries downstairs. But the day I went there was a short holiday in Japan and all the rooms were full. It was the first time I encountered a long waiting list in the breakfast restaurant... I was really scared to death when I saw a bar full of people waiting for a table (it would have been a big mess in China). I was in a hurry to check out and catch the flight and tried to communicate with the usher whether I could pack it up. I didn't expect that they would arrange a seat temporarily. I was so grateful! The quality of breakfast was very good!

Very satisfied, good value for money for a hot spring hotel, average breakfast, fried salmon can only be taken once, juice is not good, 21st floor teppanyaki dinner + night view can be enjoyed, bus to the airport is very convenient, just make a reservation
