Nice and large room with decent view. Location is a little further from Sannomiya and requires to transfer to Rokko Liner. Overall, good stay.

A bit out of the way to main attractions as it’s on Rokko island but the direct bus to the airport made it worthwhile. The breakfast was ok but seems to be always running out of food due to the high number of guests. In room service was decent but expensive. Onsite onsen was good but crowded!

What an enjoyable trip in this hotel! Love it’s onsen and the lounge on the onsen floor. Also went hiking in the 六甲山 area.

Was here for work on a short trip. Staff are very kind and the rooms were clean. They also have a family mart attached to the building next door so it was convenient to get a nibble. There's a direct shuttle bus to downtown sannomiya so that was really nice as well. would recommend.

I was bothered by the mold on the curtains in the room I stayed in, and the tiramisu at breakfast had a strange texture.

I arrived at Kansai Airport at 7pm and stayed there for a night before heading to Arima Onsen. The hotel location, sauna facilities, and breakfast were all good, but there was some water on the floor of the sauna facility, so it didn't look sanitary, and there were no yukatas provided in the room, so I wore regular clothes. That didn't mean I was uncomfortable, but seeing other guests wearing the yukatas provided in the room and going to the hot springs made me feel discriminated against for booking through Trip.com. If that's the case, then I shouldn't have booked through a travel site. I don't think I'll stay here again.

I have always liked the Sheraton Group. This time when I went to Kobe, I stayed at the Sheraton Hotel located on an artificial island for one night. The remote location is understandable, but unfortunately the service attitude of the front desk staff was very bad, which was simply the worst experience I have had in Japan. Is it because it mainly serves foreigners? The room is a good size, the bathroom is old-fashioned. The breakfast was rich and the reception staff at the door was very friendly. The most commendable thing is the hotel's hot spring facilities. The Rokko Mountain Hot Spring is very comfortable, and there is a lounge for everyone to drink tea and rest, which is the most bonus part. Fortunately, I drove myself, otherwise I would not choose a hotel in this location.

The hotel is on Rokko Island. Although the location is a bit remote, it is close to Rokko Island Light Rail Station and has convenient transportation. It is very convenient to go to Sannomiya and Kobe Station. There is an airport bus downstairs of the hotel, which is convenient and fast to go to Kansai Airport. The hotel room is large, clean and tidy, and equipped with a full range of daily necessities, which is thoughtful. The bedding is very comfortable and can provide a good sleep. The hotel breakfast is rich in variety and of very good quality. I also want to give a special praise to the hotel's Rokko natural hot spring, which can relieve a day's fatigue. This is definitely the most cost-effective hotel in this trip to Kansai, and I will choose it again if I have the chance.

The hotel staff has a good service attitude, which is definitely worth praising. The breakfast selection is also excellent. My wife thinks the hot spring is very good, and the quality is absolutely 100 points! The only problem is that the train transfer is a bit tiring. However, you can take the shuttle bus recommended by the hotel to solve the problem. However, pay attention to the boarding and alighting times of the bus. If you are late for one bus, you will have to arrange your own train transfer, which is more tiring.

I have stayed in this hotel many times. It is located on the Liujia artificial island. The highlight of the hotel is the hot springs. The breakfast is also OK. Members can have a drink in the lounge with simple cold dishes in the evening!

Facilities: The Sheraton brand is trustworthy. The room size is quite good for Japan. There is also a hot spring. The hotel has a bus to Kobe Sannomiya downstairs. Sanitation: Needless to say Environment: Very good Service: Great, the service in Japan is really good, it feels very good
