We stayed here for 16,842 yen for 2 nights and 3 days with breakfast for our family of 3 over the New Year holidays. (Deluxe Triple Room City View)
The facility itself is large and has the feel of an old-fashioned resort hotel. The building itself is quite old and there are drafts coming in through the windows in the rooms, but the service is good and there is a welcome drink and fruit, and there is a bathtub with good hot water. It seems that all the basic necessities are provided.
The breakfast has a wide variety of options, and it is buffet style so you can eat a little at a time of what you like.
