This homestay is the best! Very recommended 👌🏻 the host is very accommodating. The location is just perfect. It’s near to everything. There’s bed warmer and floor heater and the toilet comes with automatic bidet. There’s washing machine and even extra jackets that can be borrowed from the hotel as we undermine the cold in Shangrila the puffer jacket we borrowed really help us a lot with the cold. There’s pickup and dropoff service for free to and fro the Railway Station. The room that we book is really nice and the view is also nice. Please stay here if you come to Shangrila. You won’t regret it.

A very lovely place to stay! The room is very clean with modern design. The location is also not far from the attractions, just 15 mins walk to old town. What I like the most is staff is very helpful and providing excellent service~ I lost my jacket at a tourist attraction and they helped me to find it back! High recommended to stay if you are coming to Shang-rila!

I really recommend it! ! I came to Shangri-La from Lijiang. I didn't rest well a few days ago and had a bit of altitude sickness. I stopped all the trips and just wanted to sleep. Seeing us waiting at the door, the lady upgraded our room for free. The windows were large and the lighting was good. Facilities: The room has an oxygen concentrator, humidifier and projector! If you are short of oxygen when sleeping in the middle of the night, you can use it directly, which is very convenient. The bathroom is very warm and it is not cold to wear pajamas. The room was spacious and modern. The heated flooring and room was great in winter! Comfortable bed and good water pressure (hot water). Hotel was located within walkable distance to dukezong old town. Didi is able to drop us off right at the doorstep so no lugging of our luggages through the flooring required. Highly recommend to all and they have a cute and friendly cat!
