The room was great, very close to the beach, and the service was excellent. Falling asleep to the sound of the sea breeze at night was so pleasant and relaxing. I'll definitely come back again!

A beautiful hotel! Of the downsides: Staff don't speak English, any question is a quest! But they try, so there are no claims. Guests are available: free laundry with a dryer (powder to buy at the bottom of the shop), swimming pool until 17:00, until midnight bath. With a check-out bath, the pool is also available!!! Bath for a dop fee. For those who don't have breakfast, there is a mini breakfast from omlet with becon and coffee on the second floor. And in the rooms, clean, all the stuff is available. But be careful if you use the shower: a very slippery floor, I fell and hit my leg when later I went in slippers

A very quiet Japanese hot spring hotel. The breakfast and dinner prepared by the hotel were both very plentiful. The garden landscaping was well-designed, and there's a bus stop right outside the hotel that goes directly to Shirahama Beach.

This hotel rating 4.2 is really deserved! First of all, there is no seaside, just in the vicinity, there is no scenery through the window, all are houses. The equipment in the house is also very poor, old and not retro. . . . Secondly, breakfast only bread boiled white egg milk juice. There is no hot food, no tray service, it is full buffet. Eating on the first floor, there is no scenery outside. Finally, Tangchi is also a pool on the top floor, which is much worse than other soup pools in Japan. Because the price of the May Day has risen sharply, more than 800 in the evening, this price/performance ratio, think about it.

Although it was quite far from the dining place and the large communal bath in a remote room, I was able to enjoy the summer Obon holiday by freely using the cart. I was impressed by the many stars in the night sky. The bath was also good and I was able to go home with beautiful skin. The landlady came to greet me at the time of meal and asked me to change the rice. Thank you very much. It is a place I want to go again.

This was my first time visiting Minamiizu, and a friend recommended this hotel – it truly lived up to expectations! The accommodations were great, and the food was delicious. My only complaint is regarding the shuttle service. The day before check-in, I specifically asked about pickup details through Trip.com customer service. The hotel only sent a text message with the pickup time, but not the location. I assumed, like most hotels, that it would pick up in front of the JR station. To my surprise, I waited from 2 PM to 3 PM and saw no sign of the hotel bus. I started to feel something was wrong and checked Trip.com, where I saw a guest comment mentioning that after 3:10 PM, there would be no more pickups. Panicked, I immediately called the hotel. That's when I learned the hotel bus has a specific waiting point, around the corner, to the right of the JR station (and then to the right again). If this isn't communicated beforehand, and there are no signs at the station, it's impossible for guests to know where to wait. Therefore, I strongly suggest the hotel standardize its pickup service by clearly stating both the pickup time and location in advance. Both pieces of information are essential!

Amazing place to stay,aesthetic view and a great amazing dinner and breakfast ambience. I choose and booked the private villa with pool and which is good,I enjoyed the dinner foods they served us,so classy and elegant presentation. So I ordered the bottle of botega champagne which is fit for the foods they offered. Lovely it was and amazing wonderful evening. After we had a night pool with my partner and we bring our own foods and drinks champagne for the long night to celebrate our stay. I’m very satisfied for my stay at this place. Staff was really nice and good at their service. Perfect 👌 I love to came back again soon… Thank you so much 🤞🏻❣️
