Hot Springs Hotels in Noboribetsu

Our stay in Daiichi Takimotokan was by far the best Onsen plus food experience in Japan this year. Dinner buffet was second to none in both quality, diversity and quantity. Onsen also was clean and very convenient to use. Open door onsen was well managed and with great atmosphere.

The suite with private onsen was awesome.The hair shampoo was good also for my hair.Just can’t find any facial/skin care product (facial cleanser,face lotion) in the room.But the location is good,the 7-eleven just right in front of the hotel,u can always get something there.And walking distance to those tourist spots.The dinner and breakfast is so-so only, .

Great location. Very clean hotel perhaps the cleanest we’ve so far for this trip. Staff are nice and helpful. The dinner and breakfast buffet are great. Downside is that one onsen pool is rotate between male and female so the date we stay it’s male pool and cannot be used.

Ryotei Hanayura has a good location and near to the famous spot by 5mins walk. We are provided free admission ticket to enter the Park for a night walk. The hotel room is half Japanese and half Western, big and clean. Dinner is served with buffet with various option of food.

Amazing ryokan. Staff was attentive and most spoke English, which was appreciated. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the baths were relaxing. The food was all great. Both breakfast and dinner were among the best meals we had on our Japan trip.

Overall, it is good. There are two hot springs. The open-air hot spring experience is great. The advantages are the common advantages of Japanese hotels. Let me talk about the disadvantages. 1. The Japanese style is very strict. No one will be checked in before three o'clock. I arrived half an hour early and there was nothing I could do. I had to wait nearby. Maybe most of the people I accept are tour groups. That's why. 2. The location is on a high slope, relatively far away from Hell Valley, Bear Ranch, and hot spring streets where you can eat. 3. I wrote that someone would contact me to make the bed, but the time for making the bed coincided with the time of the dinner card, so I couldn’t wait in the room. But the overall experience was pretty good. It was very comfortable to soak in the open-air bath at night, and the bathrobe was also very comfortable. What I didn't expect was that the mattress made by myself on the tatami was extremely comfortable, and the texture of the quilt was also very comfortable. In addition, regarding hygiene issues, it was indeed like nothing else. The customer said that there are some deep stains, but there is no smell. I can accept it. Thank you boss for staying at First Taki next time.

Love the location of the hotel. Near bus station. Walk distance to famous hell valley and many shop around it. The hot spring is good. The staff was nice and friendly.

The hotel is located on the hot spring street, very close to the bus station, opposite to 711, and convenient to the Bear Ranch and Jigokudani. The staff speaks very good English and can communicate without any obstacles. The kaiseki cuisine and breakfast are also delicious. The hot springs are divided into indoor and open-air. I personally feel that the open-air ones are very artistic and I like them very much~

The room was great, just like a vacation. The food was great, too. The food was delicious. But the downside was that the whole city was filled with a sulfur smell (rotten eggs). I was woken up several times by the smell.

Clean and comfortable, the space is larger than expected inn, two 24-inch suitcases with my friend are no problem. Provide Japanese yukata and waistcoat vests, if you are cold-resistant, you can directly change into yukata and wooden clogs and walk to the opposite No. 1 Taki to take a bath. There are indoor and outdoor pools for bathing. We went there in early December, and there was no snow yet. If there is snow in January, it should be more beautiful. It is only a few minutes walk from Jigokudani, and it takes about 10 minutes to walk through the entire Noboribetsu Onsen Street. When we checked in on the first night, the arrival time was more than 7 o'clock in the evening. The bus only stopped at Noboribetsu Onsen Station, and we needed to drag the luggage uphill for about 10 minutes, so try to arrive before 5 o'clock. The bus can reach Noboribetsu Station, which can save a lot of energy. For breakfast, you can buy bread and coffee from the bakery downstairs, or go to 711 to buy it back to the hotel.
