ahv⭐︎This was our first family trip, and we stayed here for the first time.
The building had a homey atmosphere and simple interior design. It was very conveniently located, with a Seicomart nearby and a Coop within walking distance, allowing us to relax and enjoy our stay.
There was a table and chairs for outdoor BBQ. A BBQ set was provided, making preparation quick and easy, but it would be great if they also provided fans. We were able to buy other items nearby, but we struggled to find fans.🤣 We also couldn't find a charcoal pot, so it would be helpful if it were easier to locate. However, the mosquito coils, insect repellent items, and kitchen facilities were more comprehensive than we expected, making cleanup easy and showing great consideration.
It's highly recommended for families. 😊
The parking lot is spacious, but please be careful if you have a large vehicle as the road is narrow.
It's a great base for sightseeing around Shiraoi and Noboribetsu. ✨✨

The location is super convenient, right in the heart of the hot spring town. It's just a few minutes' walk to Noboribetsu Onsen Station, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
The room was a Japanese-style one, but the design and decor felt a bit underwhelming, not as stylish as the lobby. The main drawback was that the tatami mat was a little dirty.
However, the restaurant was lovely with nice partitions between tables, and the food was excellent. The mini hot pot for dinner, with its tomato broth, seafood, and tofu, was a delightful surprise. The main course was a massive grilled fish – I was stuffed!
The onsen itself was on the smaller side, so it wasn't overly crowded. The indoor baths were very hot, so I ended up spending all my time in the outdoor ones.
Overall, I was satisfied.

Guest UserExcellent hotel.
◎ The location is super convenient, just a 2-minute walk from the Noboribetsu Onsen bus stop.
◎ The room was very spacious and well-designed, with a separate toilet, shower, and sink area, and plenty of storage space.
◎ The hotel itself has a bit of an older feel, but it's still very clean.
◎ The public bath (onsen) was incredibly relaxing, especially the outdoor sulfur spring bath.
◎ What's truly rare for the Noboribetsu Onsen area is that we didn't see any tour groups here, making it very quiet and perfect for those looking to relax and unwind.

It's a small hotel. There are two old people at the reception. The environment is very friendly and family-friendly. There are few people in the hot spring, so it is very comfortable. There are indoor and outdoor hot springs, and the water temperature is also marked. The experience is good. The breakfast and dinner are also rich, with many varieties and good taste.

Anonymous UserThe hotel is situated far up in the mountain side of Noboribetsu but we drove so it was convenient and the hotel offered free parking. We chose a room with a private open air bath which was certainly the highlight of the stay as it was snowing outside. The room is spacious and clean, the only complaint was the heavy smoke smell in the bathroom when the room was no smoking. We notified the hotel and they changed our room immediately. The buffet dinner and buffet breakfast was served in the 3rd floor, we were seated next to huge floor to ceiling windows which was a treat to see snowing landscape. They had a large range of food but the taste could better compared to other hotel buffets we had on our Hokkaido trip. Overall I would recommend this hotel and would certainly return in the future.

Our family of three comfortably stayed in a room that featured both a tatami mat area and a Western bed. Upon check-in, we were given traditional Japanese yukata. The onsen (hot spring baths) are conveniently located on the B1 floor. For breakfast, there was a good selection of both Japanese and Western dishes. The hotel's location is also quite close to Jigokudani.

YUEI lived in Noboribetsu and this atrium, and I still prefer this one. If I go to Noboribetsu next time, I will stay there again. On the mountain Noboribetsu, pick-up service at 2:00 and 4:00 pm (pick-up at JR station) is available after booking with the hotel. The hotel is good, just don't like their public slippers (woven straw uppers). If you don't wear socks, you will feel a little sticky, but so is the flower atrium. The open-air style of the house is very good. It is relatively large. You can take a look at the snow on the pine trees while soaking in the hot spring. It feels very natural and much stronger than the open-air style of the flower atrium. I ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel, but it was really bad. This may be my own problem. I am not used to eating. The ice cream at the kiosk downstairs is delicious, you buy it every day, and it's easy to buy water. There is a small park in front of the hotel, the snow is very thick, you can play with snow, and there is no one. It is clean and very comfortable. A 15-minute walk from the hotel is the Noboribetsu ski resort. It is very convenient to play snow and there are very few people. In short, it is quite satisfactory.
