The service is really good! It's right in front of the family cable car, so convenient.
The room is also very comfortable. This time I stayed in two rooms with complete facilities.
You can watch Netflix directly on the TV, and there is a private bath in the room.
After skiing, soak in the snow and resurrect with full blood.

GGuest UserUnfortunately the hotel restaurant requires reservations but without prior notice. The restaurant only occupied by 3 tables. Don’t understand why hotel restaurant not allowing guests to use. There are not many food options around the property. End up walking to the convenience store for food. Staying in a very nice hotel and eating cold sandwiches is not I expected it.

GGuest UserI love this place so much. The scenery is so beautiful that I don't want to leave. Hahaha. The room is very, very big. It's not easy to stay here. There are big floor-to-ceiling windows and snow outside. There are hot springs, washing machines and floor heating in the house. The configuration is quite complete. We ordered a dinner package and we chose Western style. The dishes were exquisite and the portions were quite large. I especially want to thank the driver who came to Hirafu to pick us up because we made a mistake and asked him to drive to Hilton. The driver who took us to the JR point in Kujian also helped to carry the suitcases. He was very considerate. The service staff here are very enthusiastic ❤️
