I originally liked route inn the most in the business hotel chain. If you are traveling alone, you don't have to be so careful. Japan is grateful that clean business hotels are developing to medium-sized cities. However, in Honshu, route-in is often difficult to use by rail (car location), but in Hokkaido, route-in is often in front of the station, so it is easy to use. When you leave Asahikawa Station, which creates a comfortable space with plenty of trees, you can't get lost because the route in front of Grand Asahikawa Station rises in front of you. On the left side of the station, there is also an AEON MALL equipped with a cinema complex, so you can enjoy buying souvenirs, buying travel supplies, and watching road show movies on your travels. The good thing about the route inn is that you can watch paid satellite broadcast WOWOW for free on the TV in the room. The front desk is on the 3rd floor. It is not open 24 hours on the first floor (business hours 7:00 ～ 22:00, closed on January 1), but there is a convenience store ”Seiko Mart” with many supporters in Hokkaido. The lobby on the front floor is very large. After checking out, I adjusted the time here because I had a little time to get on the train. Isn't it convenient to meet in Asahikawa, which is exceptionally cold in winter? People may have different tastes, but I can sleep well in the route-in bed. I think it's because it's not fluffy. It depends on the location of the room, but from the room I stayed, I could see the train departing and arriving at Asahikawa Station. There is Tenjinkyo natural hot spring ”Traveler's Hot Spring” on the 17th floor of the top floor. The big bath stretches your legs and heals the fatigue of the trip. I entered twice at night and in the morning. The hotel has a large communal bath of another major hotel chain in Hokkaido, and the rooms have only a r shower booth, but it is also good to have a bathroom with a bathtub properly. It's not a special luxury hotel, but I think it's the best hotel as a business hotel. I think it can be used for business, sightseeing and multipurpose purposes. Next time, if you have a chance to come to Asahikawa, this is the hotel you want to choose first.

Transportation: It is very close to Asahikawa JR Station and can be reached on foot. There is a pedestrian street nearby with many izakayas and yakiniku restaurants. There is also a ramen restaurant opposite the hotel with a high rating, but it closes early. You can go to Asahikawa Station to shop for AEON after your trip at night. Montbell has many styles and low prices. Facilities: There are only three washing machines and dryers on the first floor. There are many Korean and Chinese tour groups coming to the hotel. Use the hot springs during off-peak hours otherwise there will be too many people. Breakfast: The breakfast includes seafood rice, ramen, and bread, which taste good, but you need to eat later, otherwise there will be too many tour groups and the queue will be long.

One of the best hotel we stay during our trip! Great relax area with manga and ice creams. There’s yakult in the morning too. Room is big and comfortable. We will come back for sure. Good breakfast!

I’m very surprised by the relatively low rating of this hotel. We had a very good experience here, and found the room to be spacious and comfortable (though fairly typical old-school Japanese hotel). Service was good overall and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is located in the best part of Asahikawa, near the main train station and the very cool and fun shopping street. The hotel also has an outdoor parking lot located immediately behind the hotel. Our only hiccup was that we arrived slightly before the 1500 check in time (we arrived at 1440) and were told we had to wait until exactly 1500 to check in. This is Japan and I appreciate being a stickler for the rules, but sometimes good customer service is about making calculated exceptions. Maybe next time. We would certainly recommend this place to others.

The hotel is huge with many tourists.There were queues at the front desk and for the elevators. The hotel is located in the city center of Asahikawa. There are restaurants and gift shops inside the hotel. The hotel provides parking with fees.

I asked the front desk about the parking lot because I got on a car rental. I can see the mechanical parking lot next to it, but I personally don't like it very much. When I replied that I was checking in from now on, I was asked to ask my name, and the parking lot was 800 yen per night. I don't care about money, but do you listen? There is no plane parking lot? Ask, and finally answer, no. I spent a waste of time with barren exchange. After checking in, when I go to the public bath, the door does not open even though I do as taught. I tried to stop the peepy and error sound many times, and I tried to stop it. When I made it again * without touching the door during peepy said, the key opened. It was a waste of time. Not only ask what you want to hear, but you can't tell me this important thing. The room is normal, not good or not. Breakfast was normal, so it was negative for front desk response. I won't stay next time.

A little walk from Asahikawa station and away from downtown, there are some difficulties in the location. However, I thought the service was good for that amount. There was a welcome drink and a bar and I drank red wine in the barrel, but I think you can enjoy it until you get drunk. The room was a bit old type and I wanted to make the lighting a little dark when I went to bed, but it was not a type that could be operated, but I turned off the lighting in the room and turned on the lighting in the bathroom and opened the door and went to bed. The pillow was nice and I could sleep well. It is good to be able to watch BS TV and watch professional baseball broadcasting. There are many hotels where BS broadcasting cannot be seen. I searched for a hotel including this hotel with the intention of staying in Asahikawa to see the autumn leaves of the snowy mountains in September, but the price is rising everywhere. I thought I couldn't stay at the desired price anymore. But I think this can't be helped. Breakfast is free, but I will try not to eat breakfast in the future.
