The room facilities are new, the sheets are clean but the quilt cover has the atmosphere of the last guest. I noticed that the scorpion is reversed and used. The clothes used to separate after going home are all that taste, which is very difficult to top.
There is an elevator. The sound insulation is not good. I met an uncultivated woman playing mahjong until one o'clock in the morning and shouting loudly. Really should be blacklisted

GGuest UserThis homestay should give five stars. It feels very comfortable when I first enter the park. The design is very good. The room is fully equipped and there are unexpected things. Although the tent bathroom is simpler, it is much more convenient than the camping I have lived in without a separate bathroom. The boss repeatedly emphasized to me that this is a tent, not a wooden house. I said ”I know” in my weak heart. I originally wanted to live in a tent, but the tent here can be equipped with a large hot spring pool. I have never seen it elsewhere. The sanitation inside is quite clean. The night view is very good for taking pictures and punching in. The sound quality in the room is very good, the bubble hot spring is very comfortable, and I will come again.

JJoe 501It was originally a business trip, but booking this hotel changed the purpose of going to Heyuan and turned it into a tourist leisure vacation. Qianhai's service is very good and helpful. Every guest feels at home and there is no pressure at all. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. Facilities in the Midnight Diner and Guohai Restaurant are of high standard. It is worth mentioning that all the staff are very friendly, especially the front desk. A happy journey.

GGuest UserThe day before our departure, the housekeeper proactively contacted us to discuss every detail. For our two adults and two children, the housekeeper arranged the room and bedding to our exacting specifications. A special thank you to our housekeepers, Xiao Feng and Xiao Xu, for their attentive service. During our stay, all reasonable requests were met with responsiveness. The hotel's public areas, while small, are exquisite. The pool is clean, and I particularly enjoyed the Japanese-style hot springs, with smooth, warm water. Best of all, the mornings and evenings are less crowded and especially comfortable. The public areas feel like a private garden. The breakfast was also plentiful and we devoured it all. The complimentary Spring Bathing Town also offers a wealth of activities, especially the kayaking, which was a delight. The hotel's design offers a changing landscape, and I spent a truly relaxing weekend.

SShisensenya～You must seriously recommend this Miyu Hot Spring Resort Homestay in Heyuan, especially for families with children, which is really worth coming.
Last weekend, I took my children with my girlfriends for one night. When I came back, the children were still talking. The adults also felt relaxed and had planned to go again next time.
The parent-child facilities here are well done, and there are a lot of things for children to play: there are large slides, children's playgrounds (there are Bobo pools and many toys inside), and there are sand pools outdoors. Even the sand digging tools are ready, especially worry-free. The hot spring pool is also suitable for children to play in the water. The homestay provides a swimming ring. The private soup pool in the room can see the mountain view, which is very comfortable.
Adults will not be bored here. There are KTV private rooms and automatic mahjong machines, and the equipment is relatively new. My girlfriend and I went to the SPA and drank tea in the tea room. I felt that the whole person was slow. The design of the whole homestay is tasteful, and many corners are very good-looking and can produce films.
What makes me feel very good is that many details are done with care: the paintings and carpets on the wall should be specially customized, warm reminders can be seen everywhere, the facilities are clean, and the mother and baby supplies are quite complete.
The homestay is in Heyuan, driving from Guangzhou/Shenzhen for about 2 hours, and the transportation is convenient. If you want to take your baby out to relax on weekends, this is indeed a good choice~ You can soak in hot springs, children have to play, adults can rest, one-stop arrangements are arranged!

GGuest UserThe hotel is very new, and what really impressed us was the onsen bathing facilities right in the room. The water fills and drains quickly, allowing you to fill the room whenever you want, without having to drain it early.
The TV in the room is awkwardly positioned; you can't see it while soaking, and even when enjoying tea at the large tea table, you have to twist your head to watch it. Adding a TV near the tea table and the hot springs would be perfect.
The hotel only opened this year (2025), and the front desk staff are still in training, but they were very friendly, helping make coffee, recommending nearby restaurants, and more. Thank you.

She also helped me upgrade a room. It was about 60 square meters. The boss was also a ruthless person. The pool is too big, 8 people can soak, Especially the hot spring water is only 5 minutes, the balcony is a burst of sulfur taste, after the soaking, the skin care water is saved a lot, the breakfast is so rich, the salty bone porridge, especially delicious, I accidentally ate three bowls, it can be said that it is quite good.
