"Choosing this hotel for my trip was absolutely the right decision; the overall experience far exceeded my expectations. Check-in at the front desk was very quick, and the staff were polite and friendly. They proactively helped with my luggage and gave recommendations for nearby attractions. The room was meticulously cleaned – no dust in the corners, and the bedding was fresh and soft. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, hot water came on fast, and there was no dampness or strange odors. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, ensuring a completely undisturbed night's sleep. The location is incredibly convenient, with a shopping district and bus stop just a short walk away, making dining and shopping very easy. The facilities are comprehensive: the WiFi was fast, toiletries were well-stocked, and the housekeeping staff cleaned daily and were very responsive to requests. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I felt safe and comfortable during my stay. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!"

"Worth it to come to heyuan just to stay at this Hilton!! For the price of the rooms and breakfast you could stay for a few weeks and affordably become a Diamond member!! The pool is amazing the spa is top 10 messages in the area!! For dinner they have some very nice dimsum and canton creations. Front desk usually someone working that knows basic English which in this town is rare!! A jewel Hilton in Guangdong!!"

"This time, the Dinosaur Hot Spring Hotel was fully equipped and the dinosaur theme was really fun for the kids, who absolutely loved it! The room was clean, tidy, cozy, and comfortable, and the private hot spring on the balcony was fantastic! The environment at Chunmuyuan Town is stunning, with beautiful lake and mountain scenery and fresh air – every step is a picturesque view. Both the hotel and the town staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful, responding efficiently and enthusiastically. The family-friendly atmosphere was top-notch, with activities like Dragon Bone Park, the hot springs, water park fun, and in the evenings, a water show, bonfire party, and fireworks. The program was so rich and diverse, and we had an absolutely amazing time! It's perfect for a relaxing family vacation and definitely worth revisiting!"

"Stayed at the Palm Tree Hotel with my kids, and overall, it was a great experience! The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Legoland and the bonfire party area for the evenings. Our butler, Kiki, provided great service and was always quick to answer any questions. We did have a minor issue during our stay – the toothbrushes in the room shed bristles – but everything else was fantastic."

"The room reservation clearly stated that there was a hot spring, and we were informed upon check-in that the hot spring water supply was limited. However, when we returned to the hotel to shower that evening, we found that not only was there no hot spring water, but there was also no hot water. After calling to inquire, they said they would send someone to check, but no one responded, provided feedback, or came (we were unable to shower). After complaining on-site, someone came to check and handle the situation, but there was still no hot spring water and no hot water… Later, they came again and arranged for us to go to another bathroom on the first floor in the storage room where we finally had hot water to shower… The National Day holiday being crowded is no excuse; the service response and attitude, as well as the overall experience of both the facilities and the service, were very poor…"
