It’s easy to find the location of this hotel to see the four-star cars in the park. The room facilities are sufficient, and there is a large refrigerator that is cold enough. The terrace view is also good. I originally planned to live here and walk outside the city every day. Finally, because the room was comfortable and the environment was very quiet. So stayed in the park for three days. What makes me satisfied is that the front desk and the staff who pay the breakfast are very kind. In addition to introducing the park and the food in the park, they also specially introduced some local Hakka dishes to me. Finally, during breakfast, the front desk staff knew that I had booked a high-speed rail departure at 5 pm, and specially arranged a late check-out for me. The second stay, the sanitation is very good, a very elegant and quiet place, the breakfast is super exquisite, and it is delicious 👍 There is a 24-hour butler service 👍 Butler Xiaowen service is super good. We arrived at about one o'clock last night and got off the bus and walked into the door of the parking lot. Xiaowen heard our voice at the front desk and walked out to greet us to help with things. After checking in, he also helped us to take things to the room. He also introduced the room structure and the attractions that can be played for free. He was very enthusiastic. When I waited for two days to pack things, I found that the bag in the room was broken. At one point, I called the front desk and immediately sent two people up 👍 about 5 minutes later. The aunt at the front desk and the customer service department sent 2 bottles of Fusi water and 2 bottles of Terunsu milk to let us drink on the road. Auntie said that she did not do this detail (the bag was broken and did not notice) very sorry! This service attitude is really good to say 👍👍👍 I will continue to come next time 😊

The hotel is in Southeast Asian style, but it is decorated with many cute plant painting elements and Foshan ceramic figurines. There is a large lawn suitable for dogs to walk, and there are hot and cold swimming pools for playing in the water. The two-story hotel embraces the atrium swimming pool, which is warmer and more comfortable than a large hotel but not cramped. The room is not luxurious but the lamps are very special. It is really comfortable to soak in the independent hot spring pool after pulling the gauze curtain. I like the aesthetics and layout. The store manager is very warm and thoughtful, and pays attention to the guest experience. I hope to improve the bathroom, which has a slightly offensive smell, and it would be better if the back door out of the swimming pool could be raised.

Room is big and clean. However, there is not enough reastaurants and eatery place. Location is not convenient for travellers via high speed train as it takes more than 40 minutes via Taxi. The Reception ladies at the hotel spring counter is very bad manners to customers. Re coffee shop breakfast in the morning, the food selection is mainly cater for tour group. For individual travellers, RMB128 per person breakfast charge is not worth the value. The coffee machine is very limited on choice of coffee and have to queue up quite long.

This is the second time I stayed at the Blue Grape Apartment in Chunmuyuan Town because I brought my elderly family here for vacation. The environment here is beautiful, the facilities are complete, there are mountains and water, the air is fresh, and it is especially suitable for a family vacation. You can soak in hot springs, there are park recreational facilities, and there are all kinds of dining options. It's a very good place and worth a visit.

The room is quite large. The parent-child room can accommodate four people. The 1.8-meter and 1.35-meter beds are quite suitable. The decoration of the room is loved by children. Living on the 22nd floor, the view outside the window is also very good. Disadvantages: The hair dryer in the room will stop working for a few minutes and will take a while to continue working. Long hair will cause depression. The sink at the entrance leaks water from underneath as soon as the faucet is turned on. The bed is very soft, but why does it shake when sleeping alone? In addition, the special items provided by the hotel are really unique!
