Perfect location and reasonably priced. Too strict in check out. Declined my request for check out one hour later by noon

Nice experience but suggestions to improve their front desk procedures very slow and lengthy they have to accommodate their guests at 12:00 noon they gave me the room at 03:00 pm so three hours wasted!

Highly recommended hotel at the heart of TST. We had a great view from our hotel room, and the size of the room was bigger than most other hotel rooms in Hong Kong. The bathroom was clean, bed comfortable. Only recommendation is for the hotel to consider changing carpet floor to hard floor, but that’s my personal preference. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and liked the self service laundry room available to guests. Definitely would recommend this place to stay when visiting Hong Kong

We booked the room for our pre-wedding night and received a partial sea view upgrade. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was very spacious, bright and what we were looking for. It is a budget friendly hotel, so we didn't expect much - no water or complimentary tea bags in room, sofa a little worn out with stains and an old style hair dryer. Location is good as it is in the center of TST, walking distance to tourist spots and MTR stations.

Very classy. Clean and kind. Good. I recommend this hotel to my clients,too. Reasonable price.

It was my second visit, and I think the location is really good. It is close to major tourist attractions such as Lanfong Yuen as well as ferry terminals and k11.

An intoxicating night view really catches our eyeballs. We are 6 members and reserved 2 rooms, 1 is Harbor View Suite Room, 1 is Harbor View Room.Both rooms are nice! Front desk staff, all ladies and gentlemen, are very sweet, with charming smiles. The facilities are good, and the location is very convenient, no matter whether to go to Hong Kong Island or Kowloon. Lobby waiting area is big, clean and comfortable. Swimming pool staffs are friendly. My girls always go swimming during this stay. Not willing to go out. Unfortunately, one thing is not really satisfied is the towels, seems quite old, but anyway, we bring our own towels. Overall the children really love this hotel, they really want to come here again! So I trust my daughters! See you all again in the coming visit! ^_^

Excellent location & very convenient with subways & ferries nearby. Crossing the street is the Tsim Sha Tsui Harbor. I love our room with the window view of the HK skyline. Definitely worth paying extras for that view.

This was my 2nd stay at the Y. The location is great, just next to the Peninsula Hotel yet just around the corner from typical cha chann teng's, with easy walk to the Star Ferry terminal, Harbour City and K11 malls. The HK Museum of Art and the HK Cultural Centre are just across the main road. Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. Housekeeping responded promptly when I had a problem with the hot water device in my room. At the point allow me to feedback to the hotel that I wish they had provided the usual electric kettle that one finds in practically all hotel rooms. When I stayed her last year (in the north tower) my room had a normal electric kettle. This time my room was in the south tower and instead of a kettle there was a most unusual device that purported to dispense water at 25, 45 or 95 degrees centigrade. The printed instructions on the device were not helpful and even after housekeeping staff gave me a quick lesson on how to use it I still had issues in the next few days that took a lot of trial and error to work it. Please replace it!

The hotel and its furnishings are dated and worn. The hotel is showing age stress and obsolescence. The drapes, carpets and lampshades were stained and the chairs threadbare. The bathroom was functional, but very dated and in need of renovation. The staff did their best to maintain cleanliness. The location was exceptional and the price was fair. The was a partial harbor view. The Haven restaurant offered basically the same limited breakfast buffet with little variation or enthusiasm.

The room was upgraded to a top floor suite.  I enjoyed the full sea view very much.  The location and the sea view always attract me to go back from time to time.
