It was a bit difficult to find, because it is not exactly a hotel in the classic version, it is more like a guest house in a regular apartment building in Rome. The area is convenient, you can easily walk to Termini and the Church of Santa Maggiore; in general, even the Colosseum is a 20-minute walk away. There are several metro stations, supermarkets and many restaurants nearby. The room had everything you need, there is a shared kitchen with unlimited coffee and tea; the staff tries to help with any reason; the first 2 days they gave croissants for breakfast (we had a rate without meals, but in the morning they found a cute gift on the door handle). We were satisfied. An important clarification - if someone makes noise in the hallway, it will be very audible; and a more powerful extractor fan in the bathroom is missing

Great location next to Termini station. All major attractions are within a half hour walk. Rooms are comfortable. There is a shared kitchen area with a coffee machine. I have reduced the score for "amenities" because the water was turned off for several hours (they were turned off in the whole building).

The establishment which is very clean and functional is well located close to Termini station...we had asked for a quiet room, this was the case. The welcome is friendly. Just one downside, the "breakfast" which consists of a very sweet pastry (delivered in a bag at the door) per person...so fans of breakfast with bread and eggs will be disappointed.

The room was nice, the service was OK, but please note that the check-out time is 10am. We didn't pay attention and came back at 11:30. We paid 20 euros for each room.

Rather well placed not far from the center and the large church

It was hard to find the entrance from the street, but you can find it quickly. It would be better if they provided information on the entrance and how to get in when making a reservation. The room and bathroom are small but clean. The shower water pressure is weak ㅠㅠ They give you bread in the morning and you can use the coffee machine for free! The staff are very kind and nice. ㅎㅎ The city center is far, but it's a 15-minute walk to the Colosseum and a 1-minute walk to the Santa Maria Cathedral and a large mart. I recommend it to those who don't mind the distance.

The hotel is conveniently located, near the Termini station and not far from the sights. There are many cafes nearby where you can eat deliciously. The room is small but cozy, the bathroom has all the amenities. There is a shared kitchen where there is a coffee machine and you can make coffee. In the morning, fresh pastries are left on the door handle, there is yogurt in the refrigerator. I liked everything. Thank you. I recommend it.

This is not a hotel, it’s an Airbnb The service attitude, cleanliness and surrounding transportation are all OK. You can walk to Termini Station The biggest disadvantage is that after 12 o'clock in the evening, there is often no hot water or even bathing water, making it impossible to take a shower. This should be noted.

The location at night was terrible. Everything was very dark and uneasy.
