Nice hotel at the good location. Around five minutes from train station and surrounded with a lot of restaurants and shopping centers.

good service and devices, convenient location, Bruce and Kelvin are really nice and patiently answer questions

Would be great to have a soup to wash the hands , using body wash as the stuff suggested is not really nice . Could be a bit cleaner .BUT location is great , it’s was quiet .

No adaptor available for rent, plugs are not working also door bell doesnt work too.

Great rooms, i would say room is big and spacious for 2, considering its Hong Kong. Love that it has a bidet style toilet(like those Japanese ones). Smart hotel- Room lights, curtains and air cond can be controlled through an ipad or even manually with switches. Sufficient plug points next to bed on both sides. Large TV, that can access Netflix. A 5 mins walk to the nearest TST MTR, McDonalds is opposite the hotel, lots of eateries nearby, theres a close by Mall as well- K11 Artmall. Check in is easy, Just that if you book through trip.com maybe just email the hotel before your trip to get their booking ID just as a confirmation , as when I called they had some difficulty locating the reservation and was instructed to email them the Trip.com hotel voucher, but they replied swiftly with a new ID number through email.

Good location. Room more spacious compare to same category hotel around. No toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton buds, shower cap, soap, hand wash, drinking water, shaver provided. They will charge HKD30 if u want to keep your luggage for a while after check out. Very culculative hotel, keep luggage also need to pay.

Oasis Avenue is very well located, convenience shops open nearby near at all times. All the big shopping centers (harbour city/ocean city/K11) in not too far walking distance. Hotel is a good value at the price and rooms are clean. Can recommend 

Thank you Jammy for an excellent hospitality and service! We had such an pleasant stayed because of the staffs. The hotel is located in the central of tsim sha chiu. Most importantly, the room has its owm bidet (aka Japanese toilets) couldn’t satisfied more. We will DEFINITELY COMING BACK! ✨🤍

Carpets in rooms are very dirty and the hotel service is bad. I called about a broken hair dryer but no one ever came to fix it. Location is good and the amenities are good. Good for short stay in city centre
