Beautiful and lovely onsen hotel with very helpful staff. This time there are two private onsen baths in our room, one indoor and one outdoor. It is quite inside the facility and relaxing. The quality of food was excellent too. The entrance to the hotel is not easy to find, as the street can be full of people and the entrance sign isn't such visible. You may want to seek help by contacting the hotel if you have trouble finding the entrance especially when you are driving there for the first time.

We had a great 2 nights stay at this Ryokan. Location was near Yufuin Floral Village, and around 20 mins walk from Yufuin JR station. It was a nice walk to Yufuin JR station as there were many shops and eateries that you can visit along the way. Alternatively, there is also bus 36 from Yufuin but terminal that would stop near to the ryokan. The staff were really outstanding, friendly and helpful. When we arrived, a couple of them rushed to help us with our luggage and to also shelter us from the rain. During the entire stay, they made us feel very welcomed. The Western/Japanese room that we booked was very spacious and had all the amenities we required. Note that this is a 2 storey living area - level 1 had a bathroom with private indoor and outdoor onsen as well as the living room, while level 2 had a toilet (w/o bath) and 1 western bedroom as well as 1 Japanese bedroom. There are 4 public onsen in the ryokan. 2 for female and 2 for male. They would rotate it during the day and night to allow everyone to try out the different onsen. We also had our breakfast and dinner at the ryokan as part of the package. The dishes were different on both days. The spread was huge and food tasted great. Note that there are very few places open at Yufuin during dinner time.

The staff is incredibly friendly. I don't know Korean very well, but I was impressed that they tried their best to guide me in Korean. There are three large public baths, two of which have a slightly smaller open-air bath and one of which has a huge open-air bath. I used a room with a private bath and it was very nice. The dinner and breakfast were of excellent quality, and my mother really enjoyed them. The portions were large, so even an adult male would be full unless he was extremely large.

The hot springs are nice and the open-air bath is nice, and it's close to Kinrin Lake. If you make a reservation, go straight from the back door and turn left to find the main entrance.

It is close to Jinlin Lake. The whole hotel has a good atmosphere. Every service staff is very polite. The hot spring bath in the room is even more comfortable. It is a very good choice for two meals. The meals are exquisite and full. I will visit again.

I feel like I received very kind and good service. The kaiseki was really amazing. If I have another chance, I would like to come back again!! I highly recommend it.

The staff are very responsible, serious and enthusiastic All details are well controlled. From the check-in guide to the final departure, the same staff is responsible for our check-in. There is a private bath in the room, and we also went to the public bath outside. The various designs make people relax. One stay, two meals. The food is of a very high standard. Dining is in a dedicated dining area. The room has two floors. There are tatami mats upstairs and two single beds. It is quiet and quiet. It takes 15 minutes to walk from the station, and it is easy to reach with luggage. There is a car to take you there when you leave. 3 minutes walk from Jinlin Lake

I was worried after making the reservation because there weren't many photos or reviews, but the location was good, the facilities were clean, spacious, and the outdoor bath was the best. There was nothing to complain about and the meal was perfect. Of course, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly, especially one who spoke Korean, so it was comfortable. I've been there for a while. I think I'll book again next time I go to Yufuin.

我們租住了複式單位有私人風呂，早餐晚餐，食品豐富，當地接待職員有禮，令人有賓至如歸的感覺。侍侯早餐和晚餐的兩位女職員，親切有禮。 這裏原來是有三個館，公共風呂可以三個館共用。 酒店需要改善的地方就是泊車指示不太清晰，我們找了一段時間先至知道原來所泊的位置是另一間旅館名的停車場。另外晚餐我們坐的位置比較陰暗，可能剛巧燈光不是直接放射於我們坐的枱子，希望酒店會留意一下。

위치너무좋고 직원들 친절합니다. 청결하고 음식도 좋아요.

房間很大，上下樓，樓梯有點窄，懷石料理還可以，房間有2個私湯，很舒服，環境很好。出門就是由布院小鎮，就是晚上關門早，沒啥逛。
