Since your child is 4 years old, the baby crib may not have been suitable, as explained by our front desk team upon your arrival.Concerning the room size, we have provided detailed dimensions and photos for each room category on Trip.com and our official website for reference. While we regret any inconvenience caused by space constraints, we kindly remind guests that our standard room amenities are designed for two adults, and additional items for children are not included unless specified.As for the towel request, we sincerely apologize if the service did not meet expectations. Truly wonderful to hear that you find our location convenient, and about the size of the room, we have provided the details for each category of room type on the Trip platform and as well as our hotel website for the proper reference, in which most of our room is indicated for 2 person stay not for 4 person. In addition, about the carpet issue, we don't recommend guest to be bare foot and this is why we provide slippers in room for use, since every guest can walk into the room with their shoes for sure.
