A great experience with child friendly facilities, a treasure hunt every night for kids inside their room with 2 packs of Lego , the water fun place for kids which is funny, the hotel is super convenient to go Lego land and sea life Nagoya, great experience here

The female receptionist is friendly and helpful with fluent english speaking. The room was clean but there was a blue balloon left in the room corner. We stayed for two nights, the used cups on 2nd morning and recycled bottles next to the rubbish bin were not taken away during 2nd day room cleaning. I had to called the service desk to give us new cups as they refused to take them away, they explained that the room cleaning was completed. The Lego bricks potato chips were no longer served at breakfast time at the restaurants. This was our 2nd visit to this hotel, which seems a little bit degraded.

One The best legoland hotel. The breakfast was great and the service was great. But the way to find the parking is hard, I followed the instruction from the pamphlet provided by frontdesk but ended up going up the motorway because the entrance of the carpark was closed that day.

Excellent choice for families! Every one will be happy to stay for longer.

The food in restaurant is very strange and bad Never have a pizza tastes so strange and bad The ingredients are totally messed up

Very clean hotel. With one queen bed and bunk bed. Just 1 minute walk to legoland. Have kid playground inside the hotel. Kid must love it.

Everything is awesome like what Emmett says in The Lego Movie! Love everything as it is so thematic. We were most amused by the lift that started playing disco music and lights the min the door closes. Love the little treasure hunt in the room and the great view overlooking Maker's Pier. We visited the Maglev Railway Museum before walking over for our stay for the night. It is the best option to be just at the theme park at opening. The room is huge and there is a special TV just for the kids playing Lego movies on loops. The breakfast is of wide variety but was a bit chaos due to the large number of families and a limited time slot. Didn't get to book the water play as well but doesn't affect the experience

Better for Children to enjoy, Facilities and food very good, we play very happy in the park.

A good experience for the kids but i think the hotel lacks amenities and activities for kids. My kids loved the room and the elevator disco. Food was just ok.

lots of lego ! but the swimming pool is a bit small and can only book one time slot for 30 mins.
