I was honored to be allowed to pour tea in the lobby as a 外国人。 The friendly staff greeting you as you come and go; the comfortable room with a balcony and access to a swimming pool; an excellent array of familiar and local breakfast foods and beverages; and the ease of accessing teahouses and the night market make this an extraordinary choice for the solo traveler.

It was fine. Location was good. The room was perfect size. Found insects in the room this morning. Overall is fine.

Really enjoyed our stay. Nice views from the 16th floor, since our room got upgraded! The hotel’s amenities, including the spa and outdoor pool, were good. We spent several hours unwinding in the pool. Laundry service was really convenient and the location was easy to reach and close to the night market!

Great hotel with amazing service! Rooms were clean and spacious. Each hotel guest was given the contact of a staff which we can contact if we encounter any issues. Ours was 小丁 and he ensured our needs were met throughout the hotel stay. The hotel also has their own fleet of cars for pick up at train stations as well as sending guests to certain touristy areas. Drivers were all super helpful especially 小李 who picked us up from the train station. He came 30min before our train arrived to wait for us and took over all our luggages the moment he met us. Overall a great stay!

The hotel is in a great location, in a few minutes you can walk everywhere. The hotel butler was very friendly and arranged me a free airport pickup. The hotel room was very good equipped. Would definitely stay here again.

Housekeeping is not so ideal. When I requested for housekeeping on the 2nd day at 10am, the housekeeper only came at about 4pm. I told her to come back at 6pm in which she replied that she would knock off at that time. On the 3rd day, the housekeeper came at 10am where we were still resting. I told her to come back at 12pm in which she said she was knocking off at 12pm. Overall, the hotel’s services eg pickup services are good but the housekeeping is lacking.

What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional service. From the moment we made our reservation, we were assigned a housekeeper who promptly arranged for our pickup at the train station. Several staff members went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay, including Xiao Bai, our attentive housekeeper, as well as Mr. Li, Mr. Liu, Mr. Mao, and Mr. Tang, who provided outstanding transportation services between hotels, train stations, and local attractions. A special thank you to the lady who kindly offered laundry service, and to Fei Yan, who gave us an insightful introduction to Xishuangbanna, its people, cultures, nationalities, and cuisine. We are deeply grateful to all of you for making our experience truly remarkable.

We stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel’s local is great, just right next to the night market, very easy to find something to eat. The room is clean, service is great. We love it!! Xiaoyao

For the cost the room and the amenities are good. The service in the front desk, restaurant and spa are very gentle. One request is that I was staying for 7 nights but the bed spreads is not changed at all. So far the hotel I stay they change every 3 days. So, if possible please consider this. In terms of location it is best place to stay close to night market and easy to travel to other destinations.

Very good location, as it is near the entrance of the busy area, away from the loud noises of the bustling commercialised attraction.

The perfect location for the night Market but away from the crowds and noise. We loved the space around the pool, breakfast was good, the rooms were lovely, very clean and our Butler Heng went out of his way to do everything I asked, even found us a driver who spoke a little English. Noone in the hotel spoke English but with the translation app it was no problem. I would definitely stay here again if I came back to Xishuangbanna.

Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the gym and pool facilities. Xiao Wu helped us with the luggage as soon as we checked in the hotel

Absolutely fantastic experience. The room was incredibly high-tech with face-unlock doors, a projector for watching movies, automatic blinds and a toilet straight out of a spaceship. There was even a comprehensive clothes washing service that meant we would come back to our room to find everything dry and neatly hung up. The breakfast was much better than the average hotel buffet with plenty of fresh fruit and a wide variety of mainland dishes as well as a few local dishes. Every single member of staff was willing to go to great lengths to help us regardless of the request. One evening after myself and my partner were injured in an ebike accident (be careful on those roads!) I was badly grazed in several places, showed up to the hotel covered in blood and dust. One member of staff dived behind the counter and produced a box of antiseptic swabs and plasters. Realising these wouldn't be enough for the size of the wounds he escorted us to a walk-in centre using the hotel transport shuttles and accompanied us inside. After being turned away (they didn't treat injuries) the hotel shuttle drove us to a pharmacy and waited outside while we were talked through the available options (bandages, disinfectants etc) all the while telling us personal stories of e-bike related misfortune. That's just one of many examples of outstanding service, truly impressed.
