I want to share my pleasant impressions of the apartment I rented for a day. When I looked at the photos and detailed description on the website, I really liked this option. Although I had no idea at the time that everything would actually be better than in the photos. I needed the apartment for a one-night stay. The apartment had a king-size bed, a TV, and kitchen appliances. The free high speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning were a nice bonus. I'd like to express my gratitude to the owners for the impeccable cleanliness. Thanks also to Roman for sending me a clear check-in guide and always being in touch. I was completely satisfied and would definitely rent the apartment again.  Also the beach was near by and muay thai gym just few minutes walking.

We were with a young man in this hotel. Meet a hospitality host, added to the group with all the information. The room was most striking that there were all the facilities up to the mosquito spray (though we didn't need it, but the thing was very useful). The room itself is clean and comfortable, many different light sources. Also of the pluses there is a teapot and microwave, a refrigerator, dishes, glasses and dining appliances. On the morning we were brought breakfast, with different dishes for any taste. I also want to note the situation that important medicines in the room were forgotten, but by the moment when they were remembered already left the hotel, wrote the hostess about our problem, the girl organized the problem and sent to us a courier, for which great thanks to her

Very comfortable and beautiful hotel with warm and thoughtful service. Excellent location. The swimming pool is great. Next to it is a Thai massage shop, restaurants, supermarkets, and very close to Rawai Beach. I will stay here again next time!

Overall, I highly recommend this place. There's a bit of a price premium during peak season, but I think it's perfectly fine at 300-400 [currency] during off-peak times. **Environment:** It's about a 7-8 minute walk from Karon Beach, and also very close to Karon Night Market and 7-Eleven. When we first turned into the alley, we weren't sure what to expect, but as soon as we entered the hotel, our eyes lit up – it's a beautiful, clean, and quiet hotel. There's even a coffee shop in the front yard. Upon check-in, they offer a complimentary coffee and a dessert voucher, both of which were delicious. **Hygiene:** Not only is the room very clean, but the front desk, front yard, and backyard are all spotless. The only minor drawback is that our room was at the very end, and we could sometimes smell a slight drain odor from the balcony. **Service:** The service attitude is excellent. Every time we saw a staff member, they would smile and greet us. Truly warm and sincere hosts! **Facilities:** The room has all the necessary amenities and is very clean and bright. The small balcony has a table and offers a view of the backyard swimming pool, which I noticed was consistently clean and clear. We had a great stay!

A pleasant hotel, clean rooms. Soul hosts. Breakfasts are delicious, cooked specially for every guest on the menu. A large fruit plate for breakfast. The room is very conveniently equipped. The bedroom is separately, in the living room is a large sofa and kitchen. The hotel is on the beach of Bang Tao, but also near Surina, we walked for 20 minutes. Thank you for your care!

This is a hotel apartment owned by a personal landlord. Not recommended, not very good 1. If there is no front desk, you need to contact the agent via WhatsApp to get the key. 2. You need to pay a deposit of 3,000 plants to the cleaner! Water, electricity and gas are not included, and you have to pay an additional 800 yuan for room cleaning. The room is not cleaned every day, only after check-out. It’s really a bit of a trap 3. The room is on the second floor, which is actually equivalent to the first floor. The sewer smell in the bathroom is so bad that we can't live in it. I didn’t even ask to change rooms. 4. It’s dark and humid behind the balcony, with no sunlight I won’t stay here again next time!

For the price, the room was great. It is 10-15 min walking to the beach. There is a 7/11, restaurants, a sport pub, billard pub and massage next to it. 10-15 min walking to the night market even if no really safe as along the big road to go there. The bed is confortable. Curtain let the light go inside… had lot of ants inside. Even found a huge cockroad in the room when was in he last floor! The furniture and wall are used but was not an issue for me. Good hot shower even if then you can’t go to toilets as the floor will all wet. There a construction site just next to it so it is noisy during the shake, sometime the flat was checking strange but truth. Also you can hear the road really noisy during the day but night time it is ok except if noisy motobike. They kept my bag at reception on the last day so was nice, it is 10-15 min walking from the bus stop to go to airport but be ready to spend 1h30 in the bus and no 50 min like they said but 2€50 bus compare to 20€ taxi. The beach is nice with sunbed but I think surin beach next to it is better. I enjoyed the flat as was big and lot of facilities but nothing in the kitchen to cook or eat just a sink, had a kettle and a fridge and a hairdryer but was just too noisy for me :( the wall are like paper as could hear my neighbor coughing and tv all day. Still would recommand it for a short stay and low budget. Receptionist were nice, they offer services but didn’t use them.

A cozy and pleasant hotel! I stayed there for 3 nights. There is a toaster, plates, cutlery, a kettle. The bathroom and plumbing are in good condition. I especially liked the shower filter and the large shower head 😄 the bed is large. There is a lamp that creates a cozy evening light. The room overlooked the road, but it was not very annoying. Although at first glance I thought it would be a problem. The woman at the ”reception” (because there is no reception as such 😁) is sensitive and responsive, although she barely speaks or understands English. Google translator to the rescue 💪🏼😃 You can rent beach mats for free with return. There are also umbrellas in case of rain. It is noticeable that they strive to create comfort for their guests! I recommend! There is a 7/11, a market, a temple complex, a cafe, a massage parlor nearby.

Excellent apartment, the case when reality exceeds expectations 😄 the room was on the 4th floor overlooking the jungle. All kitchen utensils, hair dryer, iron, new huge TV. On the ground floor there is a fitness room and a swimming pool. Plus there's a gorgeous cat on duty. 5 min walk to Surin. The apartments are very well located, for the price the quality is excellent 👍 I recommend room 401

This guesthouse exceeded my expectations beyond words. I judged it prematurely because of the price but my room was very big, it was squeaky clean and it actually looked nice. I also had a TV that I actually used, a kettle to make my coffee, an iron to press my clothes and a mini bar fridge. My room also had a balcony. The location is perfect. About 8 minutes walk to the beach (DON'T use the main road if you're walking, it's dangerous with no side walks and further. Use the backstreets). There are bars, restaurants, currency exchange offices, laundromats, ATM's and spa's everywhere you look. Had I known how much I would enjoy this place I would have stayed much longer. The staff at Sure Guesthouse is also very friendly, professional and helpful. Lastly, if you are not driving or using a motorbike, don't you worry, Grab and Bolt work very well here. I was using Grab to go to faraway destinations but then I switched to Bolt because their prices are almost 1/3 of Grabs prices. Cons: It gets a little noisy at night (cause of the bars and nightlife), but not so bad that you can't sleep. Also, there isn't a lift so you have to use stairs (this was fine for me cause I was eating ALOT so I needed the stairs, but I know some people don't like that and should probably ask to get a room on the 2nd floor when booking. Overall, this is a great place to stay for anyone of any age especially considering the price. If I ever come back to Thailand, I will definitely stay at Sure again.
