Koi Resort & Spa Hoi An Reviews

This excellent hotel is located on the beach side of Hoi An, over a bridge on its own island. The rooms are beautiful, dark transitional rooms in Vietnamese style. All the rooms are located in tropical landscaping. We had a family room, and they added a separate single bed. The breakfast was excellent, and there was a good selection of Vietnamese and Continental options. There was a restaurant which we used a lot as the food was excellent. The outdoor swimming pool was very large, with a Koi Fish sculpture in the middle. We spent a lot of time in it. There was a private beach across the road. It was a 30-minute ride into the Hoi An Old Town and 60 60-minute ride to Da Nang The staff were all invaluable and accommodating. We had a delightful stay and would highly recommend it.

It was nice experience to stay in Koi, due to my own food restriction it was challenging but hotel made sure to feed me, over value for money

I stayed here for 8 nights and I absolutely loved staying it.The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and well-groomed. The rooms are super clean and adequately equipped. I would definitely encourage any visitor looking for accommodation in Hoi An to stay here.

Good stay and 4 bedroom bungalow was large in size and good for gatherings.

The resort is quite a distance from the city centre, but just a few steps from the beach, if you need, the resort has free bus transfer to the center so it is not really a big concern. The spa and facilities are all great. Restaurants, buggy service are always ready whenever we need. We are very satisfied with the experience at Koi Resort.

We loved our stay. The territory and rooms design are very stylish. The shuttle bus wasn't operating, so we had to take taxi ourselfs.

The location and atmosphere are just like the real resort. Unfortunately, there were a lot of fly-like insects in the bathroom, so I had to kill them with the insecticide I had brought with me.

Great option not far from the center of beautiful Hoian (15 minutes by taxi). Good breakfast. Nearby is a small private beach. If you walk 10 minutes, there are several restaurants with seafood and cocktails with their own beaches. I recommend!

The hotel environment is quiet and comfortable, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and it is worth relaxing here during your vacation.

I spent two nights in Hoi An from June 3rd to June 5th! First of all, the bungalow room is very nice, spacious and well-organized in nature. Ours was a lagoon bungalow, so we had a view of the lagoon when we went out to the veranda. It was quiet and clean, there weren't any bugs, and my daughter loved the two chopping boats in the evening. (He didn’t come into the room!!) The breakfast was adequate and there wasn't a lot of variety, but my daughter overslept, so I asked if I could take a few things to the room, so I put them on a plate and wrapped them for her. In fact, the service and friendliness were the best. It's a 10-minute drive from Hoi An, but there was a shuttle, so there was no inconvenience in getting around. My charging cable was broken and I couldn't charge anything overnight, so I had to buy it in a hurry, but the shuttle helped me with my urgent situation by helping me make the purchase in the middle. The beach was close, so I enjoyed the private beach and kayaking in the lagoon, but it's a shame that I couldn't use it because my daughter was busy sleeping in the morning. I think I will come here again next time!! I am already recommending this place to my friends!! I recommend it if you want to enjoy the feeling of your own mansion quietly without encountering too many people👍I had a quiet and comfortable rest with the best value for money!!

Cozy hotel, beautiful area. Very quiet and peaceful. The main drawback is the beach, if you want to spend time by the sea, then this is not the place for you. If the pool is enough, it's an excellent choice. The historical center is 15 minutes by car.
