Can’t recommend enough - lovely quiet Homestay only a few minutes walk to the hustle and bustle of the old town. Host was amazing and spoke great English. We hired a scooter (150k/day) and booked bus transport here for onward journey. Breakfast was the best pho I’ve ever had. The rooms are large and ac is so good! Very clean accommodation. Laundry here too!

Fantastic stay with an amazing host. Location is perfect near all major landmarks and amenities while not being smack in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Would definitely book again.

Wonderful place to stay, delicious breakfast, great location. Mrs. Thuy was kind and helpful the whole time - the only downside is that we couldn’t stay longer. Highly recommend!

Really happy with my stay here. Room was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect! Ms Thuỷ was so very helpful and kind. She arranged for a driver to Ba Na Hills and back as well as a cooking tour, both of which I thoroughly enjoyed! Yummy breakfast and you can get your laundry done too.

Host was fluent with english and gave us welcome drink as she briefed us about the room booking and map of hoi an. Our room was situated at level 3 so it was quite challenging for those with big luggages to carry up. Shoes had to be changed to their slippers at the door step. Host provides driver service as well and breakfast was enjoyable. Just a short walk through the lane to the hoi an town, very convenient.

top rated home stay. very great location for hoi an night life. lantern boat ride on evening before sunset is right moment. this hotel is next to lanterns boat area, a min walk away. old town is just 3minutes walks only. what a good location with fare price home stay hotel.
