Really happy with my stay here. Room was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect! Ms Thuỷ was so very helpful and kind. She arranged for a driver to Ba Na Hills and back as well as a cooking tour, both of which I thoroughly enjoyed! Yummy breakfast and you can get your laundry done too.

Host was fluent with english and gave us welcome drink as she briefed us about the room booking and map of hoi an. Our room was situated at level 3 so it was quite challenging for those with big luggages to carry up. Shoes had to be changed to their slippers at the door step. Host provides driver service as well and breakfast was enjoyable. Just a short walk through the lane to the hoi an town, very convenient.

top rated home stay. very great location for hoi an night life. lantern boat ride on evening before sunset is right moment. this hotel is next to lanterns boat area, a min walk away. old town is just 3minutes walks only. what a good location with fare price home stay hotel.

Hoi An seems to be bustling and busy with locals and tourists alike. It was nice to be staying close by so getting back was super convenient, yet not too noisy. Walking distance to many massage places, night market, and Japanese bridge. Thuy was super warm and helpful to us throughout our stay, helping us with activity bookings and places to recommend checking out. Overall good value :)

Originally thought this was an ordinary B&B, we asked for the B&B's airport transfer to Hoi An, and when we got off the car, the friendly lady boss was already outside the alley to greet us 😊. She introduced us the attractions we wanted to visit and the food we wanted to eat. The location is very good, the river and the night market are only separated by an alley. The house is very clean and comfortable. I have a small suggestion, such as adding a small tray in the bathroom to place soap and the like, so that the family can take turns to take a shower, so that they don't need to go out to put the leftover soap while taking a shower. The outside of the bathroom will not be wet, which will be more convenient for the next person to use the toilet. We spent two very pleasant nights here, thank you

It was a spacious and clean accommodation, and if you walk through a short alley, you can see the night market of Hoi An and the night view of the Thu Bon River at a glance. You must try the clean breakfast, and with the friendly staff and cheap car service, you can travel comfortably to Bana Hills and Da Nang. I will visit again next time I visit Hoi An.

It is indeed a 10% good experience. This is my first time traveling to Hoi An, Vietnam. The owner of the B&B is very clean and he also takes great care of our guests! Very happy and enjoyable, I will travel to Vietnam again

The location is great. The road just ahead is the main road, so there's everything you need. It was a convenient location with restaurants, cafes, and massages. It felt like a family-run hotel, and it had a warm, cozy atmosphere. On the way back, I arranged transportation from the hotel to Da Nang Airport, which was cheaper than Grab, which was nice. Don't expect much from breakfast. The drinks at breakfast were delicious, with fruit squeezed right in front of you. Since we stayed during New Year's, we received a card and a box of sweet breads. It was very delicious, and I was happy with the thoughtfulness.
