This was a great hotel. It was a little far from the old town but the hike was pleasant and the hotel provided bikes free of charge. The only issue was the lack of seating space in the upper pool but other than that the breakfast was great, the room was very pleasant, and the staff were very friendly.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Staff are super nice, both pools are stunning. Free bikes to cycle around with. Just great.

The hotel has recently been expanded from its original footprint, offering additional amenities to those listed when we booked. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional; going out of their way to ensure our stay was fabulous.

Location is a bit off from old town but a no frills hotel to stay over nite is ok

Hotel was lovely and staff were wonderful. We found the bed sheets had been changed but felt the doona cover was dirty. Probably just a bit too far out of the city centre, lots of walking each day in and out. But overall and great stay and loved the huge bed :)

We had an awesome stay in the hotel. The people and the services they provided are second to none. Shoutout to Giang, Mai, Phuong and Tram, you are the best in what you do. Keep it up!

We liked everything, the hotel is great, the breakfasts are excellent, the staff is caring.

We had to wait an hour after ordering at the restaurant. Apparently this is normal in Vietnam. I was in trouble because I had another reservation.

It is within walking distance from Hoi An Ancient Town. The hotel provides free bicycles for easy roaming around the ancient town. The breakfast has freshly made pasta, which is really heart-warming! It would be better if the bathroom has dry and wet separation.

Roughly ok, can try, swimming satisfied walk to Hoi An ancient town about 15 minutes a word (good), might as well try, next time have the opportunity to come to help, come and try

The hotel is very new and close to the ancient town. It only takes about five minutes by bicycle to walk in. The service staff will introduce you to the hotel facilities and the surrounding environment. The only drawback is that the air conditioner will blow to the head of the bed. Although the bed is very big, if two people sleep, one person will always be there. Blow your head

My dad said he was going on a trip abroad with his friends, so I made a reservation! First of all, it was clean because it was newly built! However, they say they only met one cockroach🥲 Although it is small, it is said to be useful as it has many facilities!
