"The hotel is located right at the foot of Dayan Mountain, built to a five-star standard with extensive facilities and a garden-style layout. Big thanks to the front desk staff who upgraded our room. It was huge, about 100 square meters, featuring a separate living room, bedroom, and a bathroom with a soaking tub. Plus, there were two independent balconies offering mountain views. Since we visited on a weekday, it wasn't crowded, and we had a very comfortable stay. The hotel has a swimming pool and a well-equipped gym. The gym is open 24 hours, but it was unattended. The breakfast restaurant opens out to a large outdoor park with ducks, another outdoor swimming pool, and a lotus pond. The breakfast selection was quite good, meeting our needs without having to eat out. Dining options nearby would require a ten-minute drive. While Heshan doesn't have a wide variety of food, the ingredients are notably fresh. Overall, it's a very nice hotel. I'd definitely come back if I have the chance."

"I have stayed here no less than ten times. I left my child's things in the hotel. When I went back to pick them up, I was told that special cleaning fees would be charged. The management was chaotic. If I didn't go back to pick up the things, this matter would not have happened. All in all, it was a very bad impression. The water in the swimming pool is also very dirty. The style and price-performance ratio of the buffet are actually OK. However, the ticket check at the door does not care whether there is a queue or not. The attitude is very bad. They guard against guests as much as thieves. I am really speechless!"

This homestay was renovated from a former primary school and looks relatively old. Hygiene: It's okay, but the design of the wash basin makes it easy for water to spill on the ground when washing your face, and there are many fallen leaves on the balcony. 🤔 There is breakfast in the morning, including sweet potatoes, fried noodles, eggs, white porridge, etc. There is an outdoor swimming pool, which is probably not used much, and there are many fallen leaves."

"Staying at the hotel with my kid was an absolute delight! We were on the second floor, and the laundry room with combined washing and drying functions was also located there, which was incredibly convenient. The lobby even offered a simple afternoon tea with coffee and snacks. The overall experience was perfect!The staff were extremely thoughtful—they noticed we had a baby stroller and kindly upgraded us to a spacious room upon check-in. The bed linens in the room were clean and soft, and every detail was perfectly tailored for families traveling with children. The bathroom featured a wet-dry separation design with a steady supply of hot water, making it really easy to bathe the baby. It was just a few minutes' walk to the nearby Jianmei Square Supermarket, so taking the kid out for a stroll was totally hassle-free. The hotel offered great value for money, and the parking lot was really spacious too. We’ll definitely choose this hotel again for our next family trip, and highly recommend it to all friends traveling with kids!"

Smokers usually smoke near the elevator and smoke sticks to carpet along hall way. It is good thd rooms have a removable carpet. Towels are torn and not much channels to watch on tv. internet is weak."

"I arrived at the Baili Hotel exhausted, dragging all my luggage. But the staff's warm welcome immediately cheered me up. They not only helped me with my luggage to my room but also showed me around the hotel's facilities – so thoughtful! The room was incredibly comfortable, simply yet cozy. It was also exceptionally clean, without a speck of dust. The bed was just the right firmness; I slept soundly and woke up feeling refreshed. The Baili Hotel's location is also great; there's a bus stop just steps away, making it convenient to get around. There's also a small supermarket nearby, perfect for buying snacks and drinks. In short, I was completely satisfied with my stay at the Baili Hotel. I'll definitely choose it again next time I travel."

The sweet smiles and friendly service at the front desk made me feel right at home. The receptionist even thoughtfully provided food and sightseeing tips, recommending restaurants that immediately made me want to try them all. There are two large restaurants across the street, and many other affordable and delicious dining options nearby, making the hotel's location quite good."

I especially loved the projector screen – it was so relaxing to lie in bed and watch movies after freshening up. However, the soundproofing wasn't great, but thankfully, the hotel provided earplugs."
