這是一家美術館/學校改建而成的民宿，也是教育基地。進來的路較窄，大家要注意行駛。房間面積挺大的，空間感寬敞。唯一美中不足的是洗手枱部分，太注重藝術性而忽略了實用性。浴室採用了乾濕分離設計。酒店內有游泳池，泳池對出位置可以放煙花。

首先，酒店在景區內，位置方便，辦理入住也很方便。老闆熱情，對景區遊玩項目做了詳細介紹，也根據需求推薦了性價比高的吃飯地方。其次，房間設施完善，衞生方面沒得説，二樓平台有有休閑區，適合家庭聚。最後，整體來説，服務態度，酒店設施等方面都符合預期，值得推薦。

The layout of the room is also very intimate, the bedding is comfortable and soft, and it is particularly fragrant to sleep. And the room is also equipped with complete facilities, air conditioning, TV, hair dryer are all available, there is no need to worry about life inconvenience. What impressed me most was the location of the homestay, the surrounding environment is beautiful, and the transportation is convenient. It is very convenient to go out to play or find food. The owner of the homestay was more enthusiastic and thoughtful. He prepared the check-in data for us in advance and also introduced the surrounding attractions and food in detail. During our stay, if there is any problem, the owner always helps to solve it as soon as possible, which makes people feel particularly at ease. Here, we not only enjoyed the comfortable accommodation experience, but also felt the warmth of home. This trip has become more perfect because of this homestay. 1/Convenient to drive by yourself. There are exclusive parking spaces in the underground parking lot, which is free. The hotel has 3 floors in total. The basement has direct access to the room level. But there are stairs from the basement to the hotel, not a slope. Stayed for two days. But in fact, one day is enough in Heshan. There is nothing particularly interesting to visit in Gulao Water Town. 2/There is nothing around, there is a primary school opposite. But takeout is available. 3/The room is not big but enough. The mini bar is free and also has snacks. The front desk service is also very good. The room is generally quiet, but it depends on the quality of the guests. The next day, I was woken up early in the morning by a family with two children who let their children run and make noise in the aisles. 4/The wifi speed is okay and the TV is small. TV iptv and screencasting are available. However, the screencasting tool uses Lebo, which has various jumps to guide the download. If you don’t download it, you can’t cast it. Try it twice for free, then you will be prompted to pay. I only successfully cast one day in two days. The TV signal was also messed up with the channel list and actual channels.

The location is very good, not far from the boarding and alighting station in Hong Kong. There are many restaurants in the surrounding area, and the buses are also extremely convenient. It is really the first choice for tourists and accommodations when visiting. I will definitely stay here again. Recommended

Obviously chose a free room upgrade, and arranged a tail room to request replacement after going to the front desk. I went to the front desk and said that the upgraded room type was charged, and the room booked at that time was with windows. I don’t know which room type has been upgraded at the beginning. The upgraded room type later is the same as the room type booked at the beginning. The previous booking was with windows. But in addition to this, the room is still clean, the quilt is a bit stained, the sound is average, and the sound of watching TV in the next room can be heard.

The location of the apartment is very good. There is a free parking space at the door. It is only a few minutes walk to Gulao Water Village. The surrounding environment is good. There is no noise at night. I slept well. The balcony is large. It is a pity that the cold air came when we stayed. I was sitting outside chatting and watching the night view. I forgot to take pictures of the room. It was very clean. The three kids played very happily in the room. I will stay here next time I come over!

The breakfast is quite rich, the fruits are very fresh, and basically meet the needs. Will choose this hotel again. The conditions are good in all aspects, but the bathroom design is a bit open😄.
