"Everything was perfect till the last breakfast whereby fellow guests started smoking in the dining area even though there was a no smoking sign. Room is new and minimalistic. Laundry room within hotel is new and convenient. Reception was helpful at all times. Bed is comfortable. Will return if around Heshan city again."

"I was quite satisfied with the room. Since I decided to stay here on short notice and did not book in advance, when I arrived at the hotel, the front desk manager Tan introduced the various room types very carefully and patiently, allowing me to choose a suitable room. The hotel is very beautiful and suitable for relaxation. The hotel staff are all very nice and will take the initiative to provide services, but I feel that there are too few service staff and everyone is very busy. The girls at the front desk and the restaurant clearly felt that they were sweating a lot and working hard. There were many people sitting in the lobby bar, but no one was consuming and the various conditions were very similar to a vegetable market. I originally wanted to sit and drink in the lobby bar, but the situation was too scary and I didn't try it."
