TT@KThe hotel lobby is even more amazing for its luxurious, grand and contemporary design.
I was even more attracted by the green grasslands and golf courses built on the mountains.
The room is newly designed, spacious and comfortable. The bathroom has double wash basins, and you can take a bath while looking at the beautiful mountain view through the glass. There is also a shower and a spacious automatic toilet, which is very advanced.
The breakfast area is comfortable and elegant, with a wide variety of beautiful and exquisite food. Many foods are prepared on order, which shows great thought. The waitress Xiao Xiao is even more thoughtful. She carefully served us the porridge we ordered.
I hope to visit again next time if I have the chance.

MM354411****Check-in experience exceeded expectations! Full details! There is a staff member to help with luggage when entering the door, and the lobby fragrance is very comfortable. The room was clean and bright, the bedding was soft like a cloud, and I slept all night until I woke up naturally. The bathroom was separated from wet and dry thoroughly. The toiletries were a faint white tea fragrance. After using it, the front desk lady was very refreshing. The service was super intimate. She took the initiative to help upgrade the high floor and recommended the surrounding food in detail. The location is also super convenient, this service really makes people feel warm, I highly recommend this hotel in the mountain!

AAnonymous User1/Convenient to drive by yourself. There are exclusive parking spaces in the underground parking lot, which is free. The hotel has 3 floors in total. The basement has direct access to the room level. But there are stairs from the basement to the hotel, not a slope. Stayed for two days. But in fact, one day is enough in Heshan. There is nothing particularly interesting to visit in Gulao Water Town.
2/There is nothing around, there is a primary school opposite. But takeout is available.
3/The room is not big but enough. The mini bar is free and also has snacks. The front desk service is also very good. The room is generally quiet, but it depends on the quality of the guests. The next day, I was woken up early in the morning by a family with two children who let their children run and make noise in the aisles.
4/The wifi speed is okay and the TV is small. TV iptv and screencasting are available. However, the screencasting tool uses Lebo, which has various jumps to guide the download. If you don’t download it, you can’t cast it. Try it twice for free, then you will be prompted to pay. I only successfully cast one day in two days. The TV signal was also messed up with the channel list and actual channels.

AAnonymous UserThe front desk actively upgraded the room type, and the floor-to-ceiling windows faced the lake, with a good view. It feels like an older hotel, with an old-fashioned decoration style. The room is quite spacious with a balcony, but the sound insulation is not very good. Maybe because of the location near the lake, there are many mosquitoes.
The scenery outside the hotel is OK, you can take a walk along the lake, and it is recommended that the hotel do maintenance on the peripheral facilities.
In addition, I don’t recommend everyone to buy breakfast. I don’t know if it’s because of the off-season. The breakfast experience is very bad, there are very few varieties, and the products are so-so. It is completely not the same level as the buffet breakfast of an economy hotel.
This price is generally good and bad.

Arranged the room on the highest 6th floor, the area is not too large, but it is also compact and practical. The street view outside the window is good, but the window is small and concave, and the view is limited. The double glazing is soundproof.

Since I decided to stay here on short notice and did not book in advance, when I arrived at the hotel, the front desk manager Tan introduced the various room types very carefully and patiently, allowing me to choose a suitable room. The hotel is very beautiful and suitable for relaxation. The hotel staff are all very nice and will take the initiative to provide services, but I feel that there are too few service staff and everyone is very busy. The girls at the front desk and the restaurant clearly felt that they were sweating a lot and working hard. There were many people sitting in the lobby bar, but no one was consuming and the various conditions were very similar to a vegetable market. I originally wanted to sit and drink in the lobby bar, but the situation was too scary and I didn't try it.
