AAnonymous UserObviously chose a free room upgrade, and arranged a tail room to request replacement after going to the front desk. I went to the front desk and said that the upgraded room type was charged, and the room booked at that time was with windows. I don’t know which room type has been upgraded at the beginning. The upgraded room type later is the same as the room type booked at the beginning. The previous booking was with windows.
But in addition to this, the room is still clean, the quilt is a bit stained, the sound is average, and the sound of watching TV in the next room can be heard.

GGuest UserThe newly opened hotel has a nice environment, spacious rooms, and good soundproofing, making it very quiet. The receptionist was very welcoming and patiently answered any questions I had. Parking was also very convenient! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Heshan.

GGuest UserI had a very pleasant holiday at this hotel, the hotel lobby is upscale and the parking space is at the door. The location of the hotel is very convenient, there are many snacks in the shopping plaza around. The hotel service is excellent, the staff is very friendly, the rooms are comfortable and well equipped, the products are clean and comfortable, there is a self-service laundry upstairs to get the sun, overall, I highly recommend this hotel and will choose here next time.

GGuest UserMy best friend and I visited Heshan and chose to stay at the Baili Hotel, and the experience exceeded our expectations. I must say, this hotel is highly recommended.
First, the hotel offers free parking, which was incredibly convenient for us as we were traveling by car. No need to worry about finding a parking space or pay extra parking fees, making our trip much easier and more enjoyable. Second, the hotel rooms are very spacious. The room's openness made us feel exceptionally comfortable from the moment we entered, without any sense of confinement. We could move around freely in the room, and setting up our luggage was also very convenient. The room's decor was also very warm and inviting; every detail showed the hotel's attention to detail, making us feel right at home. Whether resting, chatting, or simply relaxing, the large room provided an excellent place for us. In short, the Baili Hotel, with its free parking and spacious, comfortable rooms, became our ideal accommodation during our trip to Heshan. If you are also planning a trip to Heshan, you should consider the Baili Hotel; I believe you will love it as much as we did.

GGuest UserThe hotel environment is very good, with a casual and comfortable feel. The rooms are large and very clean. The buffet breakfast and dinner buffets are also very rich. There are also lobster and shark fin fish maw soup, and other varieties are also abundant. It coincides with my wife's birthday. The hotel wanted to send us a cake, but since we brought it ourselves, the hotel sent us a fruit plate instead. Thank you very much for the hotel's attentive hospitality. Mr. Zhang and Ms. Ren at the front desk were very kind and upgraded our room. We can also watch the lights at night. Night view and musical fountain show, a very satisfying stay experience. I will definitely stay again next time I come to Heshan. We also bought two sets of Donggu seasoning gift boxes for friends

The room is tidy, comfortable, clean and hygienic, especially the bed is very comfortable to sleep on, which is similar to the quality of a four or five-star hotel!
Thanks to the hotel staff for sending two extra bottles of water. I went to the front desk to get two pieces of A4 paper, both of which were free of charge. It was really awesome!
I will definitely choose to stay here next time I go to Heshan. It’s a very satisfying experience. I wish you a prosperous business!
