Everything was perfect till the last breakfast whereby fellow guests started smoking in the dining area even though there was a no smoking sign. Room is new and minimalistic. Laundry room within hotel is new and convenient. Reception was helpful at all times. Bed is comfortable. Will return if around Heshan city again.

I asked for extra bottled water, and they promptly brought me 6 bottles. The front desk staffs were polite and even helped me extend my check-out time. Highly recommended!!

However, the last request for a room change, the front desk arranged it, it was better. Although it is a four-star, the service is not professional enough.
