I asked if I had to leave before 12:00, and they said yes. Only 10 minutes to pack—is that typical of service professionals? Afterward, the hotel manager apologized, quite sincerely, and said I shouldn't book through the platform anymore. I could book the same room through the mini-program and get a later checkout. I didn't understand, but I had to respect it. After all, that's the policy.
