I've chosen this hotel many times on business trips because of its great environment, but this time, something really upset and infuriated me. After breakfast, I was in my room for a meeting that morning. Around 11:50, the front desk called and said if I didn't leave, I'd be charged 20 yuan for every extra hour. I asked if I had to leave before 12:00, and they said yes. Only 10 minutes to pack—is that typical of service professionals? Afterward, the hotel manager apologized, quite sincerely, and said I shouldn't book through the platform anymore. I could book the same room through the mini-program and get a later checkout. I didn't understand, but I had to respect it. After all, that's the policy.

Environment: New hotel, clean, tidy, no odors, separate wet and dry areas, fresh air. Location: Excellent location, just across the street from major shopping malls. Convenient for dining, drinks, entertainment, and leisure. Plenty of parking spaces, no worries. The front desk service is exceptionally attentive, making you feel right at home. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect till the last breakfast whereby fellow guests started smoking in the dining area even though there was a no smoking sign. Room is new and minimalistic. Laundry room within hotel is new and convenient. Reception was helpful at all times. Bed is comfortable. Will return if around Heshan city again.

The hotel is large, the front desk service is good, check-in is quick, the rooms are clean and hygienic, and it is very convenient as it is next to the Xinhua City commercial area.

The next day, I made an appointment with a friend to drink morning tea in Fenglou. I was afraid that I could not get up in the morning. The front desk also helped me make an appointment for a wake-up service. I was very intimate. I didn’t know what to eat for dinner. The staff would also recommend delicious nearby. There is Heshan local food and attractions on the lobby screen. Don’t bother to do a strategy yourself. The size of the room is just right for a single person, cleaned clean, the room has a faint white tea fragrance, and it is also equipped with electric mosquito coils, so don't worry about mosquitoes. The window faces the community and there is no good view. There is a laundry room in the store. The clothes can be dried directly after washing. It is very convenient to use. The supermarket downstairs is also very close. It saves trouble for daily shopping. The overall stay is very comfortable. If you don't have to worry about the size of the room type, this price is quite high.

The room was very nice, clean, sanitary, with a balcony and a great view! The soundproofing in the room was very poor, and I could hear all the noises of the children outside. The second thing was the seafood buffet, which was so expensive, the food was poor, the variety was small, and the supply was slow. It was not worth the price, and the scene was very messy! The breakfast on the second day was also average. Overall, it is not worth recommending!
