Firstly, it was nice to know that we were well located for walking to Hagia Sophia, although on a colder day you chose to take a taxi, which also speaks to the ease of transportation around us. Regarding the size of the room and lobby, we understand that this may not meet your expectations. Regarding transportation, you mentioned that the taxi ride from the hotel to the train station is short, and we agree with that. At the same time, we also understand that if you need to take the airport bus or high-speed rail more conveniently, then a hotel located south of the train station and within walking distance may be more suitable for you. We will provide guests with more transportation guides and suggestions in the future based on your needs. Finally, regarding our staff service, we are very sorry that 1-2 employees left you with the impression that they were not enthusiastic or talkative enough.
