Hotel garage was very hard to find, we drove around in the evening, google maps was disoriented. Called the hotel, we were told not to use google maps, instead use another app. Finally in the garage, walking around trying to find the entrance to the hotel with small children and all tired was very disappointing. Rooms were very basic, in bathroom someone has been smoking! It smelled bad, it was very late and we were tired so we didnt change rooms.

A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Mulhouse We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is unbeatable – right in the heart of Mulhouse, within walking distance to everything, yet peaceful and cozy. The hotel’s interior design is truly unique – every space, from the lobby to the rooms, has its own character and charm, with great attention to detail. You can feel the creativity and care that went into making it feel both stylish and welcoming. The breakfast was rich and varied, with plenty of fresh and tasty choices. And the level of service was exceptional – truly professional, kind, and attentive throughout our stay. This is definitely our place next time we visit the area. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort with personality!

The hotel is good, but parking location is hidden.

Completely renovated and unusual room. Hotel to try!! Unbeatable value for money. Very friendly staff and not stingy with advice. Simple but effective breakfast in an unusual room, very popular with customers. Only drawback, the air conditioning which doesn't really work. And above all, don't hesitate to ask for a renovated room because apparently the old rooms aren't great.

It's okay overall but I had to pay for expensive parking.

Very basic facilities, especially bedrooms and bathrooms, are a little better than dormitories, and the price-performance ratio is really not high. Fortunately, the breakfast is relatively complete and the waiters are very friendly. The parking lot is right next to the hotel, which is more convenient.

The noisiest bedding and the mattress must have been 50 years old, it is placed on a spring bed from the 50s, in 30 years of traveling, I have never slept so badly. Breakfast, you have to go around the tables already occupied to get a cup, hello hygiene if the person touches and coughs over the cup that you get. No indication that you have to open the 2 orange fridges, to help yourself to cold cuts, cheese etc ... I am diabetic, I left without breakfast, since it was when leaving that I was informed that it was in the fridges??? A small sign above the fridges would have been welcome!

Positive: Breakfast buffet was very good and extensive. Decoration for Christmas is very nice and especially in the reception and dining area. Negative: Price-performance ratio for double rooms is much too expensive (weekends during Christmas markets) compared to the usual price. In front of the hotel the room price is listed as €89 (last minute) and around €120 standard. However, on the second weekend of December an amount of €250 per room was charged. However, rooms were standard with no special facilities. Furthermore, no refrigerator, no bottle opener despite the mineral water bottle with a lid, no shower gel and, above all, no information about the hotel offerings such as sauna opening times etc. The hotel's slogan about their rooms "Every room is different from the other" can be seen here in a negative sense compared to the price paid.

Piuttosto difficile da raggiungere, poiché si trova nel centro, con molti (troppi) divieti di accesso ed in zona pedonale. Impossibile da raggiungere con mezzi propri.....

Très agréablement surpris, hôtel sympa et original. Rapport qualité prix très bien. Le personnel est super souriant et serviable. Je recommande sans hésitation
